- There is a $35 per vehicle 'Facility Access Fee' collected by The Victorian Condo HOA from you directly at check-in. Reservations up to 15 days are billed at $35, and over 15 days will be $50/month. Please be prepared to pay this fee or they will deny you access to the property.
- This condo has a camera at the entry door. Maximum occupancy must be observed.*
