If you are looking for a great location and all the comforts of a home, you have found it! This ski-in gem has mountain views from all windows and overlooks the 4 O'Clock Ski Run and a scenic wooded wetland. The comfortable living area includes two sleeper sofas, a double recliner love seat, and a rocker/recliner chair, all stationed around the gas fireplace. When it comes to entertainment, this retreat doesn't miss. It's fully equipped to keep everyone busy and entertained with a TV with cable and a DVD player in the living room, TVs in both bedrooms, and a fun selection of family board games. The primary suite has a big bed and a private safe for valuables. A comfy bed in the guest bedroom makes this a great option for two couples, a pair of small families, or one big family.

When you book this charming condo you are granted access to many fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, and even a fitness center!

Things to Know
This unit is located on the upper second (2nd) floor - 24 stairs total. There are no elevators on property.
Guests have access to an off-site pool. This amenity is not managed by Vacasa and is subject to availability. Access may vary depending on pool hours, temporary closures, and key card functionality. Rules, regulations and availability are outside of Vacasa’s control. We appreciate your understanding as availability may shift without notice.

Good people there! Great Location! Ski right to the back door. 10yards walk to the shuttle up to the 2 closests lifts, Beaver Run and Snowflake. Walk to downtown is maybe 6-7minutes. King Bed in the master is sunken in and terrible, aside from that. It is a great low key, chill place perfect locale. And a good price. Only a 4 for the bed.

The home was perfect for our family ski trip. The location can’t be beat. You are walking distance to town and walking distance to snowflake lift. The bus stops literally outside apartment. You also get a great view from living room and balcony of skiers coming down on lower 4 o’clock. The home was roomier than it appeared in pictures and had everything we needed. We couldn’t figure out how to turn in fireplace but room had heater so we were fine.

Location is great. Bedroom TV remote did not work and staff knew about this from previous guests. This should have been fixed before we ever got there since they knew about it!

Ski in condo on Breck - great!

I stayed here with three of my other friends for the weekend. Overall it was a great experience! Couple of things to note: it is four floors up and no elevator so for anyone not used to the altitude, just go slow!! The place was conveniently located between downtown and the mountain. We took the shuttles/gondola to get to the mountain. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Would stay there again !

Great place with some small caveats.

Nice layout with lots of space. Bathrooms tight tho. Well stocked kitchen and nice to have washer and dryer. Parking very close to the building. The only major issue was lack of clarity that the pool was closed. Kids disappointed. Communication and directions really easy through the Vacasa app!

Girl's Get Away in Breck

This was a summer visit: Maybe a little outdated, no elevator, but having Main Street a 5 minute walk away made up for that. I noticed ski lockers inside the front door for easy access. Not a great view from the hot tub but it was enclosed on all sides with glass which would block some inclimate weather. Didn't check out the pool. Cozy & spacious Kitchen well stocked, beds comfy, living area as pictured, office staff helpful. I / we would come back
