This spacious, gold-rated condominium boasts 1,200 square feet of genuine mountain comfort and warm wood tones throughout. The large living room is open to both the kitchen and the dining room keeping everyone right in the middle of the conversation and all the fun! The gas fireplace is a treat after a long day on the slopes or to warm up on a cool spring or fall evening. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for any stay from an overnight getaway to a multi-week vacation. It's easy to dine in with a large dining with additional seating at the breakfast bar. This ski-in/out condo is a good option for two couples with a comfy bed in the main suite and a second bed in the guest bedroom.
When you book this charming condo you are granted access to a plethora of fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, and even a fitness center!
Things to Know
This unit is located on the upper second (2nd) floor - 24 stairs total. There are no elevators on property.
Guests have access to an off-site pool. This amenity is not managed by Vacasa and is subject to availability. Access may vary depending on pool hours, temporary closures, and key card functionality. Rules, regulations and availability are outside of Vacasaâs control. We appreciate your understanding as availability may shift without notice.

Ski shuttle details: There is a free town shuttle stop in the parking lot west of the Pine Ridge check-in office. The Gold Route serves Peaks 7 & 8.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
