Welcome to this thoughtfully renovated duplex centrally located on West Main St. in Kerrville. This is home is perfect for a romantic or a family get away. This home away from home is funky yet cozy, modern but warm, central but private. You will find the convenience of the location to be a perfect start to any adventures you have planned! The backyard is relaxing and completely private with comfy outdoor furniture and a firepit.

Perfect stop in Kerrville

We stayed just one evening before picking up kids from camp. Location was great, house was cool and bright and clean. Plenty of parking. Owner was very communicative and we felt the house was prepped for our arrival. We look forward to staying here again next year!

Family Visit

Cute house in central kerrville

Very enjoyable stay and the property was close to all the venues we wanted. Please note for future guests that the bathroom is very tiny and and the neighbors house lights keep the bedroom very well lit at night!!!

Amazing place

Over all great stay. Cute decorations and furnishings. Comfortable bed and coach is a great sleeping spot (afternoon nap). Great outdoor setting Central location to Kerrville Gibsons store. (I have to visit) Centrally located great restaurants and shopping store Overall I give a 5plus

Visiting from Normandy

It was such a bright and cozy set up. Lots of little lights, some neon- colors! It was an eclectic beautiful calming mix. Highly recommend and thank you for a wonderful stay!

This property couldn't be in a more convenient/central location while still being quiet and cozy.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

What makes this property unique is that while it is super cute, it is also so very warm. The back patio and fire pit area are so relaxing. If you're lucky you might get to sit on the patio and listen to rain falling on the tin roof.
