Pretty nice house
Big house nice neighborhood! Host is very responsive. Only thing is there’s only 1 tv in the master bedrm and 1 tv in living room. None of the rest of the bedrooms have TVs. That was the only bummer. Other than that loved my stay!

Very nice stay but needs new mattresses
We can definitely recommend this house, except for one thing that is easily addressable. First of all, the location is excellent. The house is in a nice neighborhood and a very convenient location. It is close to a nice mall, many restaurants and very convenient to the Dallas North Tollway, which allows you to travel to all parts of Dallas efficiently. The master does have a bit of road noise apparent, but nothing that was problematic for us. The house itself was very clean and well furnished, with nice bedrooms and a nice common area for socializing. The pictures of the home were accurate. It would have been nice if the hot tub could be heated, but we understand that might lead to the pool being heating which could costs hundreds of a$ for a single heating. If the hot tub could be isolated that would be nice. The one area for improvement would be the mattress in the master. I can’t speak exactly to the mattress since it was covered with 2 foam pads, one of which was your an egg crate foam. The bed felt like there were deep divits in both sleeping positions and you were rolling to the center. By the end of our stay our backs were aching and we were looking forward to a normal bed. We travel at least two times a month and are used to many different beds, and we both agreed that this was th me worst bed that we had slept in in years. Ideally they should dispose of the entire mattress setup and replace it with a nice new mattress and this house would be perfect.

Good stay a few issued
We received check in instructions the day of arrival which is a little unnerving since we were driving in 20 hours. Once at the property we found it well maintained but not as clean as we hoped. We spent time cleaning the house and dishes. Warning the pool is not heated so don’t bring a suit in winter months. Also the inside fireplace doesn’t work” for safety reasons”. We did enjoy our stay but it wasn’t worthy of 5 stars

Family Gathering
We needed a place in this area for our family to stay for a few days during the Christmas season. The house was very convenient to everywhere we wanted to be. The neighborhood was very quiet. We did have several questions but the manager was very quick to respond.

Charming home
This was a very nice house with plenty of room to roam. It was clean, the bed were comfortable. Plenty of options to watch on tv and easy to operate. There was a game room upstairs, we did not use it but I am sure anyone younger would enjoy it. The patio was inviting, patio furniture was comfortable and so was the pool water. Unfortunately we ate out so we did not cook in the kitchen. But it was stocked nicely with everything. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions and very friendly. the neighbor hood is safe and close to alot of things. I will stay here again.
