Welcome to our completely remodeled and beautifully decorated house in the heart of Carrollton. According to Niche, Carrollton is one of the best places to live in Texas.
This completely remodeled, tastefully decorated, 2 story fabulous home, features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 dinning areas, 1 living room, 1 game room with Pool Table/ Pingpong/ Air Hockey is perfect for friends and family gatherings.

Downstairs
Master bedroom with king-size bed, dresser, chest of drawers, night stands and attached bathroom and a large walk-in Closet, 60" Roku LED smart TV

Upstairs
2nd bedroom with two full beds, night stand, walk in closet

3rd bedroom with Queen size bed, dresser, night stand, walk-in closet

4th bedroom with queen size bed, night stand, chest of drawers, walk-in closet

New Master bathroom has separate frameless shower and free standing bath tub.
New Half bath
2nd floor:
Completely upgraded full bath and shower combo.

Parking:
No street parking for short-term guests (less than 30 days). Parking is available in back driveway or garage.

Guest have full access to the washer and dryer

We have Wi-Fi controlled self-check in smart lock. On your check-in morning, a customized code will be sent to you. Guests have access to the entire house .

Super quite neighborhood, Conveniently located, close to dining and shopping, 2 major highway nearby. DFW international airport, Gaylord Texan Resort, Grapevine Mills Mall and Great Wolf Lodge water park are within 15 miles, Rangers and Cowboys stadiums, six flags and hurricane harbor are within 30 miles.
It is best to get around by car.

No Parties or Events: We do not allow parties or events to be held with unauthorized / unregistered guests.

Occupancy restrictions: 9 occupants total, 6 adults maximum, no more than 4 unrelated.

***Additional fee for 6+ guests
Our nightly rate includes the first 6 guests, for each additional guest, a $25/night/guest extra guest fee will apply.

***Trash day is Tuesday. Please place bins along the alley curbline for pickup no earlier
than 6 pm Monday. Please remove bins and store behind the rear fence line by 9 am Wednesday to avoid penalties.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. The property description was spot on, and the layout is very well designed—you never feel crowded. Everything was exactly as described, and we were happy with every aspect of our stay. The kids loved all the games, and we really appreciated having so much space to relax. The host was extremely nice and accommodating. The location is absolutely great and very convenient to everything. We would definitely stay here again!

Great weekend stay.

Host was great at communicating everything, simple check in and out. House had everything we needed and the kids really enjoyed the games. Air hockey before bed every night was a thing.

Nice Property in a Nice Neighborhood

The property was clean and the owner communicated promptly. Checking in and out was easy. Neighborhood was quiet and people said hello when they passed by. Would rent again.

The host was responsive. The directions to get in the house were not very clear. There’s an actual alley you have to turn on to enter home from the rear. We arrived at night and tried navigating through the backyard which was full of leaves. We ended up having to walk around to the front to get access to the rear which is a garage entrance. There was no garage fob for easy access so everytime we left someone had to drive around to the front so someone could close the garage entrance. The house had quite a few updates however was quite dusty in and around windows and upstairs. The beds were firm but comfy. The hot tub did not work and was the entire reason for us booking as we had traveled over 500 miles. Our host attempted to get it fixed but I never heard anything further. The washing machine made a weird grinding noise during usage. The thermostat was also preprogrammed to a toasty 72 and every 12 hours we had to adjust as it blew very hot in master. The soaking tub was wonderful. I loved it. Overall it was a nice place.

We appreciate you noting our responsiveness. For clarity, garage access is always available upon request, though we were not made aware during the stay that it was needed. Leaf pickup was scheduled for the day of arrival, and this was communicated in advance. Regarding the hot tub, operating instructions are provided, and we did attempt to arrange assistance during your stay. With a next-day checkout, the guest let us know it was okay if a technician was unable to come out that evening. We followed up after checkout and confirmed the hot tub was functioning normally. While we regret the inconvenience, we’re always happy to assist in real time when questions arise. We value all guest feedback and continue working to improve clarity, comfort, and the overall experience. Thank you again for staying with us.

Great Experience

Judy was extremely communicative and responsive by email and text. The house is a great place to stay if you have things to do in that area. House sleeps 14 if you count pairs sleeping in the beds above the two twins; We had most of us that were not couples, but we were able to make it work pretty well with the 11 we had there. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and we would stay again without any issue.

Game room was a hit!

This property location was great for us. The house had plenty of room for me, my sister and my 2 grandsons. They loved the game room! There was a small issue with getting into the house, which was quickly resolved by the host. Communication was quick and easy. We had plenty of space in bedrooms, dining and gathering areas. Minor issue with the cleaning company. The host said she would address. I would definitely stay here again.
