The spacious beach-facing balcony is perfectly furnished for entertaining or dining while taking in the Gulf breezes and spectacular views of the white sand beach and emerald waters. The dining area has seating for four with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size stainless steel appliances, a beautiful farmhouse sink, and all the cookware and dishware you could need for creating memorable meals. Right off the kitchen is a laundry closet with a full-size washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has incredible beach views and private access to the beach-facing balcony. There is even a beach-facing desk and bench to make remote working an absolute delight. Complete with a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private ensuite bathroom, the master bedroom was designed for relaxation after a day full of beach memories. The master bathroom features a beautiful soaking tub, a walk-in tiled shower with two shower heads, and double vanity. The guest bedroom also has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beach-facing balcony. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and the living area is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
