Beautiful unit, great views, awesome amenities. Only downfall was the check in and check out process. We didn’t like the fact that to check in, you have to drive a few miles to pick up your packet and also drive back to drop off packet for check out. That was a total inconvenience and unnecessary.

Great place, awesome location! Loved the secured garage and that it’s a gated property with an attendant. The private elevator was also a plus and so convenient! Will definitely stay again.

Great location for both beach and retail. Garage was an amazing plus to keep beach toys out of unit along with sand. Beautifully decorated and clean. Highly recommend.

The place was really nice and I would stay there again. The location of the condo was convenient and ideal. The only complaint that I have is that the kitchen is lacking a few important accessories such as a baking sheet.

Beautiful Condo

The condo is just as pictured on the listing, beautiful view and well-appointed decor. It also comes with a few supplies to get you started as accurately described in the listing, however it would be nice to have an option to acquire more for people who fly in (the grocery store doesn't have travel sizes of many of the items needed). The location is great.

Excellent Condo

We loved staying at this condo! The listing and pictures were 100% accurate. The view was great, both master bedrooms had a gulf view (which was hard to find in budget), the decor was awesome, the pool was great, and the only noise I could hear were the waves. Great location! Walking distance to Walmart, some restaurants and activities like The Track and Gatorland. Would definitely stay here again!

Spring break

Lovely beach and condo—no surprises! Comfortable linens and beds, had most things we needed and brought down the rest. ECVR does a great job managing entire property. Safe for teens, clean, well laid out and feels spacious even with densely populated resort. Mgrs responded promptly and generously when requested extra hour for checkout (as no one was renting the next day). Thank you so much.

Dynamite views, clean, comfy beds!

We had a lovely week's stay for two families (4 adults, 3 kids.) Views from the 2 main masters and balcony were breathtaking. The private beach and pool/hot tub amenities on site were very clean and well run. Having double masters, each with a king bed, was perfect for our extended family, while the kids bunked together in the double beds room. We would absolutely stay here again. As they tell you in the listing, there are NO extras in unit - no salt/pepper/spices, extra paper towels, only 2 dishwasher tabs - but theres plenty of shopping options close by, so not a big deal. We had a PG basbeall tournament and loved how close the field were (5 minute drive at most.) Plenty of bath towels, but bring your own beach towels (as noted in the listing.) BEDS ARE SO COMFY!!! We will be back, thanks for a great week!

5 Star Beach Front Property

This unit is directly on the beach with ZERO obstructions in front of you. We lived the open concept with the kitchen, dining and living areas. Elevator service was super fast. We would definitely stay here again. A couple of items you may want to bring: 1. There is no Tupperware for leftovers or items going to the beach. 2. The tiny bar of hand soap goes quickly. 3. Chip clips. We tried the tiki hut on the beach in front of the condo for lunch. The burgers were awesome.

Clean and great location

Pros: Condo is very nice and clean. Secure, gated area with private elevator to room. Views were perfect and beach was just a few steps away. Balcony is large and had nice chairs (6) and table.Pool looked nice although we didn’t use it. The Sand Bar had drinks and sandwiches right in the beach. Chair rental and equipment rental all right on the beach, which was very convenient. Location is at the east end of Destin, right next to Henderson Beach, Walmart, Fud Puckers, water park, go carts and restaurants are all right across the street. Cons: not very many extra amenities . No beach items, so you need to bring or buy beach towels, boogie boards, rent chairs, etc. Not much in kitchen area- just dishes, silverware, pans, coffee maker and toaster. You’ll need to buy s&p, cooking spray, etc. The third bedroom, while connected to the condo, also has its own secure exterior door, leading to the trash shoot. It seems as though that may have been the main entrance at one point and a remodel was done. It was fine, but had to go through the bedroom to take the trash out. Overall the pros outweigh the cons and we would definitely stay here again!

EC Silver Shells

TV in living room was constantly going off and coming back on a few minutes later, making it impossible to watch anything, especially the presidential debates, which we all wanted to watch. Other people were often on our “private” elevator., and could have gone directly into our condo! As there was NO LOCK ON OUR DOOR!! The bedroom with double beds had NO CLOSET! So, can you really call it a bedroom?!?! There was NEVER hot water from the kitchen faucet! The toilet tissue is broken in the master bedroom, and will not hold the roll on the holder.

Kitchen and main area was touch up cleaned. Nothing in the 3rd bedroom worked. Everything had been unplugged. So we literally had to move beds to plug in the lights, the dresser to plug in the TV. Speaking of TV, very confusing how to work, with no instructions with all the multi remotes. Door in 3rd bedroom was the only way to get to the trash shoot, but guest could not use or open it. The door on the washer/dryer was hanging, and there was tape all over the baloney door that we had to scrape off just to see. Good things, beautiful view, other two ocean front bedrooms and kitchen was ok clean, management was nice. Elevator was great. However, returning the key back to another office was annoying when you travel the other way. Should have been able to leave in the room.

Beautiful Condo-Okay Property Company

This condo is beautiful with great views and ammenties. The private elevator and secure resort were amazing extras. The condo is as photos show and describe. The beds are hard, if that is your comfort. Communication with the property company prior to our reservation was good. We have rented over 45 properties, both homes and condos, this was the first property that didnt offer a military discount. We obviously do not expect this and booked regardless but it was something different in our experience. The check in process, while not super difficult is a pain, especially if you are trying to check in at night and ESPECIALLY if you do not have a vehicle. Again, with our experience I am not sure they could do it any other way with the secure condos, but, having to go miles off site both at check in and check out are not convenient. Upon arrival we discovered the coffee pot carafe was shattered. In addition this condo was not equipped with disposable items (trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper etc) beyond the initial ones put out. I would rather pay an extra $20 for these necessary items than have to buy entire boxes I can't use or take home. Its annoying to pay this much and not even have an extra trash liner. Because we checked in Christmas Eve, we didn't think a broken coffee pot was worth an emergency call on Christmas, however, I did email in our concerns on the last day of our stay, we didn't want the next tenant to encounter the same, we didn't get a response back.
