Sangria Sunrise. Ocean View! Steps from Beach!
Welcome to Sangria Sunrise! This perfectly located and beautifully decorated condo is located on the SEAWALL, across the street from the beach and within walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. From your private balcony, you have both pool AND Ocean Views. We have a couple of beach chairs and toys that you are more than welcome to use. Our place is terrific for a couple or a small family with children looking for a Galveston getaway.
The swimming pool is right in front of our condo and the Ocean View from the balcony will surely help you unwind. Our condo comfortably sleeps 4 but can also sleep 5 (2 adults and 3 children). Our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children) vacation here often, and we would like to share our getaway with you and your family.
Sangria Sunrise is a condo located in The Victorian Resort. There is a separate $35 resort fee collected at check in by The Victorian for which you will receive 2 vehicle parking passes, guest wrist bands to access pools, and amenities. For stays 15 days and longer the resort fee is $70. Acceptable payments are credit or debit card only. The lobby is open from 8 am- 11 p.m. Please let me know in advance if you are arriving AFTER 11 pm. The resort has 2 pools. The first pool has a mushroom water feature popular with young kids. The second pool is a lagoon style waterfall heated pool perfect for cool days and nights. The resort also offers covered picnic areas with multiple BBQ pits for grilling, tennis court, hot tubs, fitness center, and 3 on-site laundry mats with one facility below our unit for your convenience.
Other things to note
--No pets are allowed inside or outside of the property. Any violations will incur a $300 fee that will be used to clean and sanitize. You will be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund.
--No Parties at anytime.
--No Prom rentals.
--Must be 25 yrs and older to rent. An adult must remain on the premises the entire stay.
--Going on a Cruise? Stay with us before your cruise, park your car here, and then Uber or Island Trolley to the cruise terminal.
--There is NOT a restaurant on the premise.

Thanks for visiting my page. Just a little about myself. I'm 40ish...let's keep it at that. Haha! I'm a mother of 3 young children. I have a boy/girl twin that are inseparable yet are individuals and a little boy that loves his scooter and sticks. My husband and I love Galveston. We bring our little family to the Island as often as possible. One of my passion is decorating so I enjoy making our places beautiful yet relaxing where families can come to have fun, enjoy and soak in some salt water therapy. Welcome to Galveston!
Voici pourquoi lâhĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement
This condo is perfect for us because we have easy access to the beach. The beach is across the street. My kids love swimming. After a few hours on the beach, we like to jump in the fresh water pool! There are two swimming pools onsite. I love that the resort is close to many restaurants and stores just in case you forget an item or two. If you prefer to cook, there are a few grocery stores close to the area, less than a mile away. Overall, this resort is convenient and the grounds are beautifully kept.

At the end of the day, all I want or any guests want is a nice and clean space to come home too. It's important to us that you are comfortable. Our condo is unique because not only do we provide a beautiful space, we have one of the best views of the ocean. You can't beat the two onsite swimming pools that's available for guests to use and the convenient location to restaurants and stores close to the resort.
