The Barn House near fwy 101

Entire barn for just you and your family. This area is around 2,200 sq. Ft and will not be shared with anyone else. There is (1) smart TV in the bedroom with 2 comfortable brand new Queen size beds.

(1) smart TV in the living room area along with a 2 seat/ 3 seat leather couch and a massage chair. Full kitchen located in the unit along with a mini split that produces heat and A/C.

The living room is open concept and in view you can entertain while cooking or having a meal. The Master bedroom has a lock along with the Master Bathroom. Bathroom is located when you first walk in and Master bedroom is located in the back of the unit.


Downstairs is also open concept. One private bedroom with a queen bed and tv. Two Queen beds also located in open concept room. Plenty of games.
Early check in and late check out available for an extra fee.

Shared property:
The only thing shared is the exterior itself. Private and separate parking. The top of the barn and the bottom are separate units and have their individual entrances, great for friends and families traveling together. There is a main house about 100 feet from the barn where the hosts reside. We have made sure to create the best privacy for all our guests and ensure our guests that we will only be of service if you reach out. There is one private entrance to come in and out of the property. Gate code and front door code will be released 24 hours before your arrival. Friendly pets on property but will be secured and put away during your stay. However you may see our neighborhood cats come around.
