We had such a great time staying at this beach house! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach—and the home was exactly as described in the listing. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our time. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making the whole experience smooth from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free beach getaway!

this trip gave us a chance to enjoy brothers and sisters

Basically the property was perfect for the amount of people we had, the only issue is everyone was over 60 years of age and the stairs were a challenge. The downstairs' bedroom was noisy from the freeway and the toilet seat was loose. You could here water trickling down at about 2:00am every morning from the tenant upstairs. Other than that the manager assisted us with any of our complaints immediately.

Perfect gem in Pismo

Riptides was well furnished, comfortable, great for larger groups and easily accessible into Pismo. Would recommend and can't wait to stay again!

Nice Place, Walk to Restaurants and Beach

This was a great place to stay with a group. Very roomy for five of us and the house is beautifully appointed and well equipped with all amenities you would need. They even provided shampoo and lotion in the bathrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed as well. It’s a short walk to restaurants and the beach - great location. The only thing to consider - it’s a bit noisy outside with freeway noise, and having the kitchen on a different level than the living room was not super convenient. Otherwise a great house and the owner was wonderful to work with.

Wonderful Weekend in Pismo!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the riptide house. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach and the host provides beach chairs and wagon for use. The house was very clean and had all the essentials. The check-in and check-out process was seamless with direct contact to the property manager.

Family Vacation

The Riptides house was absolutely amazing! There was more than enough room for all guests, the house was extremely clean and equipped with everything you need for a day at the beach! Will definitely be returning to this house!!

Beautiful Beach House

Riptide house

We felt very much at home with the comfortable beds and couches. My youngest kids got the beds downstairs, my daughter lasted one night down there and then moved to the couch. Furnishings are newer and there’s a lot of great little nooks to relax outside along with the patio area. Pier and shops are within walking distance and very convenient. Only con would be the freeway noises. Will definitely keep this spot in mind for future bookings.

Amazing stay

Beautiful place that is quite close to downtown Pismo and the beach. The outdoor area was a great place to gather at night and the inside of the house was both spacious and clean.

Amazing beach vacation

We loved our stay at the Riptide House! We were 2 families visiting with kids and we each had ample space and privacy. The place has an upscale vibe with the latest furniture and finishings and the outdoor area is also quite nice. I did not expect the location to be as good as it is - just a few minutes walk to the action of Pismo Beach. I would not hesitate to book this place!

Riptide House was just great!

The property was exceptionally clean and just perfect for our large family. There are three levels with a top kitchen & 2 bedrooms, middle floor game/tv room with a bedroom and lower floor bedroom. It was recently remodeled and looking new inside. Everything was well stocked and the outside patio and fire pit was perfect for a small BBQ celebration. The heat lamps, corn hole and foosball table made for great summer night fun! Check-in with management was very easy and we hope to definitely return soon!
