My review portion Our stay at this mountain home was nothing short of exceptional. The setting alone was breathtaking—nestled in the mountains with big, open windows that let in so much natural light and stunning views. The home itself felt brand new: beautifully maintained, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to fully rest and relax. There was a peaceful, calming spirit throughout the home that made our time there truly special.We would also love to extend our deepest gratitude to our host, Beverly, whose kindness and thoughtfulness during the snowstorm meant so much to us. Her care and concern did not go unnoticed.A very special thank you to her husband, Greg, who went above and beyond when we became stuck on the ice. His willingness to drive our Jeep down the mountain to the nearest city and ensure our safety was truly extraordinary. His calm, steady presence during a stressful moment brought us so much reassurance. We cannot express enough how grateful we were for his help and kindness.This was more than just a place to stay—it was an experience filled with warmth, care, and genuine hospitality. We would highly recommend this home and hope to return again.

Very clean, lots of home essentials availble for use such as shampoo, conditioner, body soap. The bunk beds in the living room were quite comfortable even for adults! Uncomplicated and easy day of leave requirements. Will definitely consider coming back!!!

We love the property and have stayed there twice. The location is a perfect spot to head out for day trips in all directions. The newly constructed cabin is modern and well designed. Beds and furniture are comfortable, kitchen is great and all rooms are good size. Although there are many other choices in the area, we will be returning here. Thanks Beverly.

Girls weekend

This property is in a quiet picturesque location. It’s exactly as described in the listing. There is good parking. Part of it is on a slope but it’s fully paved and looks very nice. The cabin was very clean. It’s perfect for a small family or girls weekend. We couldn’t use the fire pit because it kept raining. The fireplace in the house was pretty and added a nice ambiance. The kitchen was fully stocked. The owner communicated well. When I asked about the kitchen she went and took videos. There were no issues getting in. Everything worked as described. We did lose power once while we were there but it came back on pretty quickly. We had to reset one fuse for the outlets in the kitchen. The fuse box was well labeled. The deck was beautiful! We enjoyed dinner outside. There was a grill but we didn’t use that. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend!

Cozy Birthday getaway

The cabin was beautiful! It was very clean and the location was very convenient for visiting Ellijay, Dahlonega, and Helen. It was very cozy and the windows in the living room gave such a beautiful view in the mornings. There were five of us and the space was very comfortable. We all enjoyed a quiet weekend celebrating our birthdays. Will definitely like to come back here on another trip!

Great Cabin!

Stayed here for 4 nights and cabin is as clean, as equipped, and as great as described. We have been to Dahlonega for 4 years in a row and have stayed in different cabins. This one by far is the best one we stayed at. We loved the layout, all the common areas are on the same level so no need to take stairs which is a huge plus! Great views of the nearby mountains from the plenty of windows. Our host was extremely responsive and kind enough to allow us to check in a bit sooner. The cabin is situated within 15-20 minutes of all the main vineyards and downtown square and in a very quiet neighborhood. Has all the amenities needed to include enough firewood to have nightly bonfires. Great cabin and priced extremely reasonable. We hope to be back.

At home away from home...

From the moment we walked in the door I felt sooo welcome. The fireplace was glowing, the Christmas tree was lit and the view of the mountains was beautiful.It was cozy but spacious feeling all at the same time and the thoughtful touches everywhere...like a garland of reindeer strung from the bunk beds made this get together at Christmas time very charming and serene. I loved this place the moment I stepped in the door. Can't wait to visit again in the hopefully near future. Thank you Beverly
