The updated and beautiful kitchen, adorned with modern appliances and gleaming countertops, serves as the heart of the home, inviting you to create culinary delights and gather with loved ones in this delightful space. The dining room features an elegant table and provides access to the backyard oasis, complete with a refreshing pool and a rejuvenating jacuzzi.

Adjacent to the dining area, you`ll find the first guest bedroom, complete with a comfortable queen daybed.

The house is fully available to guests except one locked owners` closet. Please message me for any questions, needs or recommendations. I would love to help!

No smoking in the property.
No pets allowed.

*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure that we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or for the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

If there’s an excess of trash left behind and we need to arrange for its removal, there will be a $100 fee. Thanks for understanding!
