The location is easy to get to & close to town area. The apartment is small, but perfect for a single person or a couple. Had Roku for the TV which made our evenings good. All appliances were nice & up to date. We did not cook during our stay, but used the frig & it was very clean. The parking was off the street, which was nice.

The property was as listed clean and furnished with appropiate amenities.I was in town for a family wedding .On the morning of the wedding I inadvertently overheard the tenant in the front apartment say he was on an ankle monitor as he was speaking on his phone to another party. He otherwise was very quiet and never approached or bothered me in any way.I feel I should have been informed as I was staying there alone.I may have made another choice. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable,also very accessible to amenities in Midland.I did stay my second night as by that time It would have been very inconvenient trying to book another place I was comming and going alot with the wedding set up and duties involved. I did not have any issue with the actual accomadation but felt I should have had further information about the situation with the other tenant.

We found the apartment (really one half of a bungalow house) to be a great place to stay. The location was excellent and the bed was comfortable. Off street parking was provided. Great value for the cost.

Great place and close to everything.

We loved the place and it was exactly what the listing said. It was just my husband and I and it was perfect. The bed was comfy and we were close to everything. Downtown is beautiful and had great restaurants. The farmers market is one of the best I’ve ever been too.

Great experience for my parents

We don't have enough space for my parents to stay when they visit from out of town and we were lucky enough to find this vrbo! It was conveniently located to the attractions we took them to and they loved staying there. They had everything they needed and both said the bed was comfy! I can definitely see booking this for them again.

Just wonderful! 2 blocks from Gratzi and short drive to Midland Center for the Arts. Ideal for night on the town. Glad formal H hotel was closed. Great place to be snowed in, watch Football (UofM vs OSU Rivalry Game), and order Door Dash (Noodles & Co.). Loved the high, super comfortable bed and full-size kitchen. 2 blocks off Business Rt. 10, so easy to find and parking is well marked. Would love to stay longer... Thank-you!
