The was host was quickly to answer my questions. The house was very clean & comfortable. Enough space to move around. Quiet neighborhood. Great location. When in the area agin. Would definitely rent again.

Cute, clean place! We were able to cook, bed was comfortable. Easy to navigate around the city, close to many activities, restaurants, grocery stores. Would stay again if we are back in Midland. Suggestion: add 1-2 small nightlights in main room or kitchen.

Nice Time

We had a wonderful stay. We were here for a few days. Our son goes to Northwood University and we came to the Auto Show. Very nice neighborhood and so quiet. Really enjoyed our stay. Our host Lori was very responsive 😊

Midland weekend

Loved our stay at this nicely renovated home. It is very close to downtown midland and all the activities. Furniture is all in great shape. Bathroom looks brand new and kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook while you are there. Very nice place and we would stay here again when we are in town for a visit.

Perfect Location

It was a perfect location for us. Right in the middle of Mount Pleasant and Saginaw. There is a cute little downtown in Midland. We didn't use any outside amenities. We would stay here again.

Modern 1 br apt in an older section of Midland. It is just as described. Centrally located, easy to get every place we were going.

Excellent stay!

Clean place. Well-stocked kitchen, including Keurig coffee maker. Has a gas grill, fire pit, laundry and outdoor seating. Good WiFi. Good TV options including Youtube TV for watching live sports etc. Close to downtown and the hospital. Quiet neighborhood. Pretty much exactly what I needed for a long weekend!

Clean & Cozy!

The space itself was delightful! Very clean and updated. The location was convenient; however, there was construction going on next door with a large dumpster sitting outside - very close proximity to the driveway. They were respectful and only worked during daytime hours, it was just kind of an eye sore.We were not there too much, so did not affect us much - just something to consider.

Rental

The rental was very clean. A very comfortable bed. Kitchen is well equipped. A very nice place for money. Especially like the no pet policy. The only improvement would be is for the neighbors next to driveway to do some outdoor cleanup. Time permitting it would have been nice to sit outside and enjoy the available fire pit and grill. Overall rating of rental 5.0 Thanks for use of your rental. We will rent this unit again in the future. Thanks, Paul/Lisa

Mixed feelings

The host has great communication and check in was easy. The interior was very clean. The extra bathroom supplies and coffee were a considerate touch that we appreciated. It seemed as though the backyard hadn’t been tended to in quite some time with a lot of dirt and spider webs all over the bbq and outside table/chairs. It was beautiful weather and wanted to spend more time in the backyard but this hurt our experience. There was only a small window AC unit in the living room with nothing in the bedroom which made the interior temp a frustrating challenge. A pullout couch was advertised for our son but the mattress didn’t stay inflated. The door lock died mid trip so we couldn’t lock the door. Convenient location very close to Dow Gardens (highly recommend) and Northwood University.
