Welcome to our Tranquility Oasis!!! Great place to watch OSU football game while swimming in the heated indoor pool!!! Memories will be made here!!!! This house offers something for everyone...A very Spacious 5000 square foot home featuring an additional 2000 square foot indoor heated pool, a large family gathering room, gourmet kitchen, 5 bedrooms with 2 bedroom suites, plenty of private spaces for multiple families, great spaces inside and outside to play games, read a book, or just relax next to the fire pit, star gazing and enjoying smores with friends and family!!

Nearby are Golf courses, Delaware State Park-fishing, hiking, beach, boating, kayaking, picnics, etc., Alum Creek, great restaurants and ice cream. There is even a train that passes behind the house that the kids are sure to enjoy!

The house was beautiful and the beds were comfortable. My kids/ grandkids loved the indoor pool. The host was very responsive when we had questions.

Beautiful home, great rooms very spacious, wonderful master suite, fabulous kitchen. great pool. Too much chlorine however, the kids got chlorine burn. Overall we had a great time and will come back again

The stay was great! Loved everything about the house, pool tho was not heated by day 2 and the temp in the pool room was not adjustable so it was too cold to swim.

The home was very spacious and comfortable. The host was very accommodating to my needs when I requested the pool to be warmer due to me having my toddler and not wanting him to get sick. It was a very relaxing and pleasant stay!

We were here for a family fall break vacation. We ranged in age from 5-75. There were spaces and things for everyone. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the pool toys that were provided. There were plenty of pool towels for everyone. The kitchen had everything you could need. There were toys for the 5 year old to play with. The only thing we wanted that was that there was a table to play games and cards. We had a great time!

We had a great weekend at this beautiful house!The lay-out is wonderful for a multi-generational trip. We had 6 adults and 5 kids (6 months -7 years). Everyone had plenty of room and privacy if needed!The swimming pool is awesome and fully stocked with plenty of seating and lots of toys.We will certainly book again!

This property is amazing. The layout is perfect to allow everyone to be together, yet have their own space & privacy. The kitchen is great to cook meals in and is stocked better than most places. The pool area is fantastic with towels and toys and the added security of a combination locking door to be more secure for littles. Nighttime is unbelievable with darkness so so dark and the spectacular night sky lit up with stars. We would love to stay here again.

The room with the pool was beautiful. The water was cool, but you got used to it, like in any pool. There wasn't too much chlorine where your eyes burn. It was comfortable. The kitchen was beautiful and had up-to-date appliances. There was plenty of space for all the food you could bring. I loved the bucket of ice that was always full with a scooper in it. If you don't like that, there are ice trays full also. There was filtered water also. There were a couple of areas to sit easily 6-8 people. The living room was comfortable and had a beautiful view over the yard. There was a swing set and nice backyard for everyone to enjoy. They had a weber grill to use. Great size yard to play frisbee, volleyball, kickball, or baseball. The bedrooms had celing fans and a nice small fan on the night stand which felt very refreshing if you are like me and love a cool feeling when sleeping! Comfortable sheets and comforters. The bathrooms were clean and up-to-date. There was a beautiful master suite with bathtub, shower, bedroom, and sitting room connected. Nice showerheads in several bathrooms. Most of the bedrooms had an in suite bathroom. There are two sets of stairs going upstairs which is convenient. Please either use the stairs with the carpet if you are going to roll your luggage up the stairs or pick it up if you are going on the hardwood stairs. They are beautiful and could get chipped. We were very careful to pick up luggage.

This was our second stay at this lovely home, and it was just as wonderful as the first. It’s perfect for our large family, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. The pool is fantastic, and the location makes it easy to visit nearby towns. Having a Kroger nearby that will deliver groceries is a huge convenience. Highly recommend!

Well equipped kitchen is an understatement. Everything you could need. Lacked seating options for meals with the large group but the house, pool and kitchen more than made up for that minor detail.

This was an amazing property. Easily one of the best Vrbo rental my family has done. Rented this for an obstacle course race I was running in 2025 and my family has already decided we're staying there again when I run in in 2026. Everything was extremely clean, beautiful kitchen that had everything we needed and tons of room for our children to run around. Only had one question for the host while I was there I received a response very fast.
