Overall a lovely property. A couple of improvements needed, but the ocean view was very nice.We happened to show up during a "yard sale", so view was obscured by tables of junk and cars coming and going for 2 days-annoying, but worked around.Positive! Very tidy and clean, view spectacular, well equipped with dishes, towels, etc, all kitchen appliances in excellent condition, shower had great pressure, perfect location to sight seeing destinations, great parking, very good pm communication.Areas for improvement: exterior window in main room had massive bird poop splatter, kitchen floor a bit sticky, outside stairs leading to apartment dirty, torn and frayed and need replacing, no kleenex in bathroom, washer/dryer panel numbers not working made doing laundry difficult, one of the pillow cases looked like it had been used as a spray-painted project-odd, no directions regarding usage of tv.For price, great stay!

The location was nice, a great view of the beach and waterfront, although we came in late and weren’t able to fully experience it. The rooms were nice and mostly clean. However, disappointed in the fact that there was no pull out couch and our son had to sleep just on the couch itself, especially for the price. Additionally, the washer dryer unit did not work well and left our clothing with a funky smell.

This is a very basic one bedroom apartment over a garage, but it was clean and right across the street from the ocean in a nice neighborhood. It is very close to everything you could need, and you can even get down to the beach at a park just a couple of blocks away.

We stayed as a couple and this was the perfect stay. Easy to get to, easy to settle in at. The view from our windows of the beach were stunning. We watched the beach sunset from a bench across the street. Really lovely space for a couples getaway

Perfect little get-away

Everything was clean and easy to access, just as described in pictured in the listing. We loved that ocean view. It was perfect for two people.

Property was so moldy and musty that my wife had an allergic reaction within 10 minutes of entering the property. We were forced to leave and find another place to stay for the night, and my wife was still violently sick all night. When I contacted the property manager about this concern they were extremely rude, combative, and aggressive, even calling me a "bully" and threatening to "let other vacation owners know my type." My wife was sick and I'm the bully?! I found this completely unacceptable on multiple levels.

Ocean view

Sink leaked pipe hooked to drain completely undone on left side of sink.I was able to repair but started leaking again the night before we left. Front door did not lock with the smart lock, had to use key in lock box. No bath mat in the shower/bath which was slippery from whatever was used to clean it. Plants inside unit were dying. The view was beautiful was able to walk across to benches on ocean side.

Wonderful stay at Diamonds on the Sea

I could see the Pacific Ocean while lying in bed! Spectacular views of the giant rocks and the seas. Very roomy place—separate bedroom, living room, and kitchen. Clean & quiet. Nice washer/dryer. Great hiking in the Redwoods state and national parks. Good walking on the beaches too. Good communication with the property manager.

This was the best places we've stayed in a long time! It was comfy, clean and amazing view! We will be back! A must stay if you're in the area. We could also walk down to the beach. Thank you for such a great place to stay!

Had everything you need

Included a few ziplocks, a washer and dryer with soap. The little extras made this a great place to stay. The area was nice and private. 10/10 would go back again!

Great cozy location

This is a cute place with an amazing view. Unfortunately there was a problem with the listing regarding the number of beds (apparently an issue on VRBOs end?), so it didn’t work for our family. The property manager was responsive to the problem and helped us reach a fair resolution.

Great View

Property was tucked in an adorable subdivision with great amenities for lounging & cooking. Other than the dampness & my personal issues with carpet, it was perfect for my huaband & I. View & sopt across the Pebble Bebble Beach Dr. was amazing as we watched the sunset!

Super cute across from ocean

Great 1bedroom place. Very nice, clean, big towels, kitchen with what you need. The entrance is separate from main house so very private. View of ocean is lovely! Great location with easy access to restaurant and beach area. We liked it so much we extended one day! Would come back for sure
