Ocean View Duplex Apartment Furnished

2-level Duplex with nice ocean view on elevated outlook from the upper balcony; lower balcony has tree view only. This is a non-smoking premises. It’s a quiet neighborhood, parking under overhang for 1 car, wood burning stove in living room, radiant heaters in all areas/rooms. It is a quiet and peaceful place. We have six stairs leading up to the main entrance door, inside we have 14 steps down to the lower level to the bedrooms, bathroom and laundry room.

Place was great. Was up for a fishing trip. All went well until owners tried to hit me with a 250 fee for smoking in the house and leaving windows open. We dont smoke and all windows/doors were shut except slider that was stuck. It was a nice place and the owners seem like good folks. I did not pay the 250 fee.

We enjoyed the property and the location a lot! It was relaxing! We enjoyed the scenery from master bedroom and the living room. Also, the unit was very clean.We were there for a wedding and many guests who visited us said "wow!" Soon as the came in - that includes the Bride and the Groom. Next time I go to Sitka I would love to stay here if available! Or, I will recommend this place to my family and friends visiting Sitka!!!Besides the food that we bought, the host also had so many varieties of food items available in the closet for us to feel home.Great host - Enjoyed speaking with him! There were 2 minor issues (leaky warm water faucet and slow bathtub drainage) and a major issue (not enough hot water while taking showers) - things happen. But, soon as we mentioned to the host, the host immediately attended to the issues and fixed them.

The condo was conveniently located, comfortable and clean. Host was outstanding. Very patient and responsive to our request. I would like to stay there on my next trip and would highly recommend this unit to family and friends. This unit has everything you need for a comfortable trip to Sitka, AK.

The property was wonderful, clean, great location and spectacular view from upstairs balcony. Had everything that you needed and the hosts were very friendly and welcoming. All questions were promptly answered and responded to. I asked for a cooler and pitcher for water and they were promptly given to me. Beautiful home

We loved our stay in Sitka! The home was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The beds were super comfortable. Beautiful view from the upstairs living room and porch of the ocean. We were able to use public transit to get downtown during the week and it was an easy walk to the grocery store. We would definitely stay here again.

Best place to stay when visiting Sitka

The duplex was perfect for our family vacation. It was well stocked and exceptionally clean. The view from the porch was amazing. The hosts event shared some fresh caught Salmon. Highly recommend!

Property is outstanding. Fantastic view of the archipelago - we even had a perfectly clear day:-) Everything on the property is in good order and works well. Comfortable beds, Clean. Great communication with hosts. Walking distance (~ 1 mile) to grocery store. Highly recommend.

Our Sitka stay

We got in on the late night flight just before midnight and went to go check in to the apartment. We got settled in really quick and had a good night’s rest. My son really enjoyed it. Thank you so much!
