Bear's Lair is a brand new luxury cabin with a touch of modern and a touch of rustic.

Bear's Lair is located on paved roads and has a paved driveway so no need for off-roading to get here! It's centrally located among all the Hochatown amenities, but secluded as well. It has an EV charger for Teslas and the like!

As you enter the main entrance, look up and relish in some of North America's wildlife watching over you. From black bear, white tail deer, bobcat, moose and fisher, there's a little bit of everything hanging out in Bear's Lair.

4 king master bedrooms all include en-suite master baths. All bedrooms include closets and flat screen TVs as well.

3 bathrooms have walk in showers and 1 bathroom has a tub/shower combo for the kids.

The loft includes 3 bunks and a pull out sofa bed in the living room.

A pool table and video arcade will provide hours of entertainment for kids AND adults.

The kitchen has beautiful quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and glassware. The island includes 4 bar stools and is open to the living room.

The second story balcony gives fantastic views of the mountains to the north, where guests can sit and enjoy a morning cup of coffee, or an evening glass of wine.

Bear's Lair has over 1200 sq ft of outdoor porch space for relaxing in the oversize hot tub, playing cornhole or eating an outdoor meal. A flat screen TV is included above the rock fireplace.

Unwind at the end of the day sitting around a campfire with custom built adirondack chairs. (Firewood is not provided.)

Other amenities include free WiFi, 6 smart TVs, Keurig coffee maker (guest supplies k-cups) and coffee pot, washer and dryer.

Comfortably sleeps 11.

Maximum Occupancy: 13 with sofa sleeper option.

Exceeding maximum occupancy results in additional charges, regardless of age.

Overcrowding of the cabin is not allowed.

Pet friendly (50 lbs or less, 2 Pet Maximum). Pets are not allowed on furniture.
