Hi Jessice, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Prior to your visit, we had not experienced any rodent issues at the home. Once the concern was reported, we implemented an immediate temporary solution using glue traps while arranging for our pest control provider to service the property. We also apologize that the broken pool cues, darts, and Keurig were overlooked by our team during our inspection. While these items should have been identified before your arrival, we would have been happy to replace or repair them if given the opportunity during your stay. Our on-call manager attempted to contact both phone numbers associated with the reservation. When the calls went to voicemail, a text message was sent. We received a response stating that fresh linens were not necessary and that a credit to the card on file would be appreciated. Following your checkout, a second refund was issued. Our records indicate that both refund transactions have been processed.
