Outdoor Experience Step out onto the lawn and soak in the uninterrupted views of the Pend Oreille River. Whether you’re paddle boarding on the water, relaxing in the sun or shade, or roasting s’mores by the fire, this property offers a serene connection to nature. You’ll have access to a shared dock (shared with one neighbor)—please message us in advance if you plan to bring a boat.
There is a private hot tub for relaxing and enjoying the evening stars. A $75 cleaning fee applies for summer bookings [June 15-September 15] so please let us know in advance if you would like access to the hot tub during your stay.

Guest Access You’ll have full access to the entire townhome, lawn, fire pit, beach area, and all amenities. The dock is shared with one neighboring unit. The garage is not available for guest use.

House Rules (Please Read): We’re excited to share this special home with you—please help us keep it beautiful by following these important rules: • No smoking anywhere on the property (indoors or out) – $2,000 violation fee and immediate removal apply • No pets due to allergies – $500/day fee for violations and immediate removal apply • No parties or events – Quiet hours: 9:30 PM to 8:00 AM • Swimming is at your own risk – No diving or running on dock or rocks • Septic system – Only toilet paper in toilets. No wipes (even flushable). • Guest count must match reservation. Day visitors or extra guests must be approved in advance. Unapproved guests = $150/person/day • Campfires allowed only in fire pit, and only when no burn bans are in effect • Damage or excessive cleaning may result in additional charges • Early check-in or late checkout? Just ask! We’re happy to accommodate when possible. Unauthorized early/late stays = $100/hour

This property is amazing! Beautiful views of the sunrise over the mountains and river. House was well stocked with everything we needed, and the owners have thought of everything for their guests. Beds were super comfortable and the house accommodated our entire group perfectly. Wish we could have stayed longer :)

This property was the perfect quiet spot. Easy to access Sandpoint and Priest River. Lots of toys to entertain us outside when needed and the air conditioning kept us happy inside.

Come play at the river!
This is a very well appointed townhome. Basic toiletries, laundry and dishwasher needs are provided. The kitchen is supplied with pots, pans, a blender, bakeware and some spices. Outdoor games, kayaks, a paddle board, loungers with umbrellas, a smore kit for the fire pit, and beach towels add to the extra welcome. The property feels private, and the only real shared areas are the dock and driveway. We heard the train a few times during our stay, but it was infrequent and did not disturb us. The owner was easy to communicate with and made sure that we had everything we needed for a great vacation!

As a local Laclede resident for over 14 years, my husband and I decided to share this beautiful area with others and built our 2 unit townhome in 2023. Our number one priority when designing and building these units was to keep the guests experience in mind and provide the best vacation getaway possible. It’s been so fun finishing these homes and hearing the ravings comments and reviews are amazing guests have had so far!

Laclede is home to the BEST WATER in the area. From water sports to lounging around, this spot on the river is #1. An extension of Lake Pend Oreille, you can easily boat into Sandpoint and all the way to Garfield Bay. The river is calm [water flow in the summer is stopped by the dam in Newport, WA] with warm waters and beautiful mountain scenery.
Winter access is just as great. HWY 2 is one of the best maintained highways in the area and you have easy access to Sandpoint and Schweitzer Mountain.

Inside the home has everything from high end linens & bedding, salon quality shampoos & conditioner, and the kitchen stocked with cooking equipment and even common spices. We have all the fun covered with sand toys, kayaks and a paddle board, swimming noodles, and every a 6’ by 15’ floating Lilly pad.
