Beautiful modern home view a view

We loved the views of the lake and all the natural light in this home. Check in was easy and the house was very clean. Our group is looking to return in the summer for another visit!

Amazing accomodation for a week at the lake in Sandpoint. Stayed August 2025 (also stayed here 1 year ago in 2024,) for 1 week and the perfect weather didn't hurt. There are not many rental properties available in Sandpoint that are actually on the lake. The home is maintained immaculately, bedrooms are super comfortable, and the master suite is large. We stayed with our teenage/ college 2 kids, but the house is designed to sleep comfortably several more people; the kids room has 3 extra bunk beds, and the secondary has a pul out Murphy bed. Additionally, the property is maximized for entertaining several guests, and the outdoor spacde is not neglected. Hope to return again soon!

This property is amazing! Very comfortable, the back patio and lake view are spectacular and having the boat lift available alleviated any stress we had when the weather was less than optimal for docking our boat. The kitchen is like a small kitchen store--if you can't find what you need, then it probably doesn't exist! Plus--the art! Every wall had something interesting to look at and consider. Some guests mentioned a drawback of the public pier being right next door, but it was never a problem during our stay--the users were respectful that our beach side was private and actually provided some entertainment for us during our stay.

Winter Getaway

Incredible property with tons of amenities. I loved waking up in the mornings to watch the snow fall over the icy lake through the enormous downstairs windows. Great gathering space for our family reunion. I would absolutely stay again.

Perfect Stay For Any Season

Weekend Trip on the Lake

Our family of 8 decided to take a weekend away for my husbands birthday. We loved the house which is beautifully decorated and laid out. The saltwater hot tub was a big hit even in the 30 degree weather. Overall, a great rental in a beautiful location.

Amazing Lakefront Vacation

Love this lake house and it’s decor!

Fabulously remodeled townhome located right on the lake with beautiful views. We enjoyed staying here for our family ski weekend! The location is so close to great restaurants in Sandpoint and was a lovely place to getaway.

Amazing location beautiful home

We have stayed here twice and had an amazing experience with owner and house. Super nice and the hot tubs make those colder days awesome great alternative to spending day on the lake. Kids/teenagers walk to town. We all Had an amazing time in this beautiful community. This will always be our go to next trip to sandpoint. Definitely recommend this home!!

Building Memories

Since my husband’s passing, one of my goals has been to build memories with my children and granddaughter. We’ve had many getaways. This property met every expectation, then some. We will definitely make this a yearly getaway location!

A Perfect Weekend

We absolutely LOVED this property. Its location was perfect and this was our first time to Sandpoint so we were unsure of what the town was like. Super close to everything you will do when visiting Sandpoint. The home was very clean and all of the amenities exceeded our expectations. This home is a must when traveling to Sandpoint.

Location, Location, Location!!

This waterfront property is in a wonderful location to the downtown area for Restuarant's and shopping. The home has an artistic vibe inside, which adds to the fun! It has plenty of space for guests to be comfortable, yet room for privacy. We were there in the Fall season to enjoy the changing colors and relax, which is what we were able to do!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We fell in love with Sandpoint & the Lake Pend Oreille area when we first drove through in 2006. The lake is one of the most spectacular places we have visited in North America. Sandpoint has an incredible atmosphere year round that changes with the seasons. There are so many great restaurants and downtown is alive with great local live music.
Schweitzer Mountain Resort is an easy 20 minute drive and has some of the best skiing and riding we have found. Schweitzer is a real hidden gem with great amenities. Even on a busy weekend there is lots of room to carve your own route down the mountain and you will never wait long in a lift line.

Our professional and family activities really keep us busy and it is such a pleasure to go to Sandpoint, park the car and hardly need to touch it again until we leave. Everything you want to do is right at your doorstep or a pleasant walk away.
One of our favorite outings, and one we try and do every summer, is to take the boat down the lake to Hope or west to Dover Bay Marina and have an unforgettable meal at one of the great lakeside restaurants. The late afternoon boat ride, sunset, dinner and trip back is always a memorable highlight.
Our brand new hot tub is already a favorite and makes for a memorable way to enjoy the lake in both winter and summer.
