Newly renovated townhome with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Clean relaxing atmosphere. Near Johnson Space Center NASA, Space Center Houston, Kemah Boardwalk. 30 mins to Galveston island. 30 mins to downtown Houston. Nearby on property pool. Coffee bar and complete kitchen for all of your eating desires. Free garage parking. Sadly, I have been told by previous renters that this property is not great for toddler aged children. Please contact me with questions.

Our stay was over the Christmas holiday. Kathy had a Christmas tree up and other holiday decorations placed. That was a nice touch!

This was out second stay here and it was lovely again. There were some fun new decorative touches that made it even more home-y. Instructions for entry and use are clear and space was clean - thanks again!

The location was great! Very quiet and everything needed for a 2 week work trip. The host was very responsive and helpful, and it was great to be able to park in the garage. Would stay again!

Great Stay

My teenage children and I stayed at the home while visiting family. The home was very comfortable and provided everything we could possibly need. Kathy the host made finding the home and checking in very easy. She also offered an early check in if needed at no charge. We would absolutely stay here again during our next visit to Houston.

Near NASA

This was the perfect place to stay while my son attended the space camp program down the street. It was spacious, clean, comfy beds and check in was easy. Loved being able to park in the garage. Quiet neighborhood.

Houston in January!

We were lucky to experience 4" of snow in Houston on our visit! Our Hostess was in contact with us to make sure we were safe and warm. This townhouse is my favorite! Very clean and comfortable. It will always be my first place to check on for availability on all future trips to Houston.

Outstanding property and host!

Our stay was most excellent (again!!) The location is perfect (close to all there is to do in the Clear Lake area, and so convenient for commuting to and from the medical center), and the property has so many conveniences, so many amenities! We are also so appreciative of our host, Kathy. We look so forward to our next stay. So sorry for the delay in completing the review

Short weekend stay

We went Houston for a family wedding. The stay here was wonderful. The townhome is beautiful, clean and big enough for all four of us adults. Close to restaurants, shopping, Nasa and the freeway. Thanks to Kathy for an easy check in and out at this beautiful townhome.

Great stay

Excellent property! Very updated and very clean and comfortable. Lovely upstairs and downstairs. We enjoyed staying here and were here for a wedding. Definitely would stay here again. Very close to Houston hobby airport and nice restaurants and stores. Had very enjoyable breakfast outside on patio. Great hostess!

Space Camp Stay

This house was in a perfect location for us since our granddaughter was going to Space Camp. We have never stayed at a VRBO house with a host as nice and accommodating as Kathy. Also, we have not stayed in a house that had as many extra amenities. Kathy truly embodies the example of “Texas hospitality”. The house is very clean and nice. If we are ever back in the area and need a rental, this is the first place we will look. Thanks for having us.

Comfortable and spacious Condo

A very well kept apartment with a wonderful amount of space. Well equiped kitchen. The upstairs loft allows for some separate space for families to spread out. Great location- near the Space Center and highways with downtown a relatively short ride away. And perfect for us as our son is within walking distance.

Easter Visit
