Waterfront Bay House avec 350 'Jetée de pêche éclairée

Propre, lumineuse et mise à jour, cette maison de 2 chambres et 3 salles de bain fera des rêves de vacances de votre famille une réalité. La maison pourra accueillir 6 personnes avec un lit Queen dans chacune des deux chambres et un canapé-lit Queen dans le salon. Profitez de votre café en regardant le soleil se lever depuis la grande terrasse surplombant la baie. La propriété dispose d'une jetée éclairée de 350 pieds avec une table de nettoyage du poisson et de l'eau courante, de l'électricité, des plafonniers au bout de la jetée, ainsi que des lumières qui brillent dans l'eau. Il y a aussi un glissement de bateau au bout de la jetée et plusieurs lancements de bateaux dans les environs immédiats. La maison a l'air central et le chauffage et la cuisine est entièrement meublée avec des casseroles, des poêles, des plats et des ustensiles. Il y a une télévision à écran plat de 46 pouces dans le salon avec deux téléviseurs plus petits dans chacune des chambres. L'une des salles de bains à l'étage abrite une laveuse et une sécheuse. Un barbecue à gaz est également disponible. La maison est située à San Leon, Tx, sur Galveston / Dickenson Bay. Il est à seulement 10 minutes de Kemah et à 20 minutes de Galveston. La Nasa est également à 20 minutes en voiture. Wi-Fi disponible sur demande.

Rented this property for the 350 ft pier. First few days were rough, rain, cold, cloudy and windy. But, we still caught fish! Our last full day there was absolutely the best fishing day!!! Caught a trophy red fish, catch and release… caught another fish that just took off and the line was singing, but I was spooled by whatever took my bait. Caught another trophy red fish that was bigger than the first! Best fishing day ever!! My first time to get “spooled” but, I would love to stay here again sometime in the future! If you’re interested in staying here to fish, just do it, you won’t regret it…oh, and the dolphins came by several times…

There were a few small issues but KEN ( the host ) was wonderful. He addressed them right away which made our weekend stay even better. We were there for a fishing charter but it was canceled due to the weather. Being able to fish from the private pier at this house made things complete. Everyone in the family were extremely happy and want to stay here again.

Awesome property we really enjoyed the view and the fishing! We really appreciate the elevator it was a huge plus since I had my 86 yr old mom with me. Beautiful place we will definitely be staying here again!

Family Vacation

Outstanding Experience and Property

Great fishing, clean property, close to grocery stores and shopping, and the elevator made mobility limited guest experience a non issue. We will be coming back we were so pleased with this experience and location!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

This bay house has been a treasure of the family for three generations. It has weathered several big storms and hurricanes and has been rebuilt and re-modeled more than once. Many joyful family and friend gatherings have occurred here. Use of this property is restricted to only those individuals renting the property, at a maximum of 6 occupants, and not to be used for large events. Additional visitors are prohibited. Violators will be asked to leave and there will be no refund of any money for the time remaining on the reservation.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Since the last major hurricane the house has been elevated to the new flood elevation. The new height created a even more fantastic view of the waterfront. While sitting on the deck for your morning coffee you can watch the sunrise over the water and see the coastline all the way to Galveston island. Great views for picture taking.
