Magnifique Ocean Front Lae Nani Private Resort Condo Rental

Est-il temps pour vous de quitter l'agitation de votre vie et d'entrer dans votre propre paradis? C'est ce que notre condo vous offre. Idéalement situé le long de la côte de noix de coco de Kauai, entouré d'un paysage luxuriant et d'une vue exaltante sur l'océan avec une courte promenade jusqu'à la plage ou la piscine chauffée, le paradis peut être le vôtre. Asseyez-vous sur notre magnifique véranda et admirez le coucher de soleil hawaïen comme vous ne l'avez vu nulle part ailleurs! De temps en temps, vous verrez un visiteur local; une tortue verte géante ou un phoque moine se reposant et bronzant sur la plage devant notre place au paradis. Vous pouvez même prendre votre propre repas en pêchant, au large de la plage (veuillez noter que toute la plage de l'État d'Hawaï est publique). Cependant, si vous aimez pêcher en haute mer, nous connaissons le capitaine d'une grande charte - nos clients adorent et aiment manger leurs prises. Profitez d'une partie de golf au lever du soleil à proximité le long de la rive et revenez déjeuner et nager dans notre piscine chauffée. Vous pouvez également passer du temps sur notre court de tennis ou faire un barbecue près de la piscine avec un cocktail à la main et regarder le coucher du soleil.
Notre condo est situé au meilleur endroit au paradis, même les anciens Hawaïens ont sélectionné et construit un temple secret «Heiau».

Comfortable, clean condo with a great view and easy access to a private beach. Stayed for a week and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Amenities Sheets, and towels were old and mildewed. Dishes, coffee pot, cups, were not adequate and also very old. The unit was not very clean, some food was left in closet, shower curtain was old and mildewed, no handy cap bar in tub, no bath mat in the tub, very slippery (dangerous).

This condo is in the perfect spot on Kauai – steps from the beach, close to great restaurants, and centrally located for exploring the whole island. The condo complex is amazing, with immaculate landscaping and a beautiful pool. The condo itself had everything we needed for our week-long stay. Our only (minor) complaints are that the ceiling fans made an annoying clicking sound, the patio furniture was in need of a refresh, and the internet was somewhat slow. But we loved it overall!

Property was beautiful, and the tropical atmosphere was excellently maintained. Beach was great as well as swimming pool. Condo provided a great view of the ocean. Very friendly atmosphere.

Nice condo with new carpets and good view from the lania. Plenty of lawn chairs for sitting by the ocean and enjoying the view, Coconut marketplace is an easy walk for food and shopping.

Perfect Location

Perfect location to experience all that Kauai has to offer. On a lovely beach, close to restaurants and shopping, and midway between the north and south coasts. Great hosts. My fiancée and I truly enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable condo on the beautiful Lae Nani beach. Very close to Kapa'a and Wailua. Great communication from Wayne. Thoughtful touches like beach towels, chairs and coolers. Would stay here again.

The property is beautiful. Nice private beach and great swimming pool. The unit has everything you need and the view from the lani is amazing. 2 minute walk to lava lave beach club for great food and drinks with an ocean view.

Lovely Resort and Great Location

Condo is clean and large. The landscaping really adds to the resort. We enjoy swimming and the pool is a comfortable temperature and large. The view from the lanai is spectacular and Wayne earns a gold star for communication.

My wife and I had vacationed all over the world and the Ahola State, this is the best location, and we decided to buy our vacation home here.
Kauai best features; the spectacular cliffs of Napali Coast, Corel reefs and golden-sand beaches, topical rain forests, deep canyons and tangled valley, plus many waterfalls.
Acivities: Shopping and Dining, swimming and Snorkeling - walking distance, Golf, Kayaking, Zip line, Kite surfing and long boarding - short distances. Lihue Airport is only 7.2 miles away, seved by several airlines with direct and connecting flight from the main land, as well as the world.
Our units is recently listed with VRBO, and our Hawaiian GE & TAT # is W30045726-01

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Your can enjoy a sunrise walk or a jog along the coconut coast, or do other out door activites, at your own pace.
A barbeque area is available for use next to the pool for all our residents and guests at this magnificent one bedroom 1.5 bathroon condo.
Our unit have recently been renovated and Wi-Fi is available, for free.
