Every room is designed differently and the room you see in the photos is the room you are reserved. This is a King room uniquely designed to fit the space as best as possible.

*Please note that hotel is still under construction and there will be noise during the day*

Guest Access:
We have converted The Bay Inn to a complete Self Check-In experience. You will have access to your designated room along with all the hotel amenities. - Such as the fire-pits, the courtyard, and hot tubs. (currently on delivery)

The Bay Inn is located in a peaceful neighborhood in Petoskey, MI, just a short walk from Little Traverse Bay and downtown. Enjoy the natural beauty of the surrounding area, with easy access to parks, recreation, and Lake Michigan.
We have what most people call the Million Dollar Sunset, you don't want to miss.

Getting Around:
A car is recommended but you can ride bikes just about anywhere in Petoskey.

Other Things to Note:
A complete remodel was done to make The Bay Inn as beautiful and unique as possible.

Interaction with Guests:
We won't be on site as this is a full self-check-in experience. We do have cleaners on-site during business hours. We will be available to respond to any messages through the messaging system if needed.
