Notre appartement offre deux chambres, une cuisine complĂšte et un parking gratuit. SituĂ© au milieu de grands magasins et d'une cuisine raffinĂ©e. À cinq minutes Ă  pied du magnifique Waterfront Park de Little Traverse Bay, oĂč vous pourrez vous promener le long du lac, participer Ă  un match de softball, pique-niquer tout en profitant de magnifiques couchers de soleil ou faire du vĂ©lo sur des kilomĂštres le long de la rive du lac Michigan. C'est un paradis pour la navigation de plaisance, la pĂȘche et le golf.

The location is excellent. All the locks need a little getting used to, but it's a nice location in downtown Petoskey - would certainly stay there again.

What a great little place! Walking distance to great restaurants, bars, and shops. The apartment is super cute, clean and has everything you need. Check in process is so simple, same with checkout. We had a wonderful time in Pektoskey, thank you!

Softball Tournament

This place was the perfect location for my husband's softball tournament at Bay Front Park. The kids (7&4) and I could easily walk back and forth. Really enjoyed our stay!

Great location!

We had a great weekend getaway and really enjoyed our stay. This sweet little place has it all. It’s in a perfect location, walking distance to all that downtown Petoskey has to offer. Also a short drive away to many other attractions and places nearby. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Petoskey!

We really enjoyed staying here. Great location in Downtown, easy to get to shops and the Mariana. Very clean, very quite and cozy. We will be referring others and staying again.

Perfect little getaway in Petoskey!

Wonderful downtown location! Perfect for walking all around town and not too far of a drive from other great attractions like Petoskey state park. Owner was quick to respond to messages. Side note: great water pressure in the shower.

Great location in all the action of downtown Petoskey. Getting to the apartment is a little tricky as far as multiple doors to unlock and narrow stairs. It would not be a good choice if mobility is an issue, but it worked fine for my young family. WiFi worked good, rooms were clean, plenty of pillows/towels. The rugs didn't have non-slip backing, so for my young kids, we moved some out of the way as they kept slipping on them. Didn't have any issues that we needed to contact the owner and they also didn't check in on us, so no communication with them other than while booking and the standard check-in email. We would definitely consider returning when we visit the area again.

Lovely place in downtown Petosky

I attended the Madeleine L'Engle Writing Conference, and needed a place where my husband and I could stay and enjoy the city, together--and separately! It was perfect. Great location, good attention from the owner, and apart from not being able to figure out how to manage the television (!), we had a perfect couple of days! Highly recommend!

What a gem!

What a gem! This listing is perfectly located and stocked with everything one might need for a vacation. The owner was very easy to communicate with, and made sure that we had all of the information we needed. The apartment is comfortable, easy to access, and the perfect size for the two of us. He would definitely stay here again!

We just finished renovating our apartment this Spring. For the person who wants to be in downtown Petoskey, our location can't be beat. Although we offer one of the only free parking down spaces downtown, you really don't need a car to enjoy your stay with everything within walking distance. We especially enjoy spending time strolling along the beach, or having a picnic as the sun sets over beautiful Lake Michigan. Another favorite pastime is boating on Walloon Lake, one of Michigan's most beautiful lakes. Along with great shopping and dining the area offers the visitor a myriad of activities that will satisfy all your needs and interests.
