A Mediterranean style house located in the upscale Fountaingrove neighborhood with amazing city views and gorgeous sunsets! This is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath house centrally located in Santa Rosa close to all that the wine country has to offer.
It has fully equipped kitchen ready for home cooking. Turn on the fireplace and snuggle with your loved ones as you enjoy your favorite show on large 65-inch TV with streaming services such as Netflix and YouTube TV. Practice golf on a private putting green or spend time in the patio area barbequing, relaxing and soaking in the hot tub enjoying the views. Enjoy the beautiful grounds around the house with flowers, fruit trees and tranquil water features. Sip your favorite glass of wine while enjoying the gorgeous sunsets!
Per city regulations, this is a hosted short-term rental; however, you will have your own house with separate entrance, and you will not be sharing your space with anyone. Please note, there are stairs from street parking to the house (22 steps); people with accessibility concerns should be careful before booking.

- The city of Santa Rosa has a prohibition of outdoor Amplified Sound.

BY BOOKING THIS LISTING YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING RULES:
City of Santa Rosa mandated quit hours from 9:00pm to 8:00am. This is strictly enforced in the neighborhood. This means after 9:00pm no loud noises outside (front or back yard, hot tub etc) and no loud music inside the house. City of Santa Rosa has prohibition of outdoor amplified sounds. This means no outdoor sound system, speakers, drums etc are allowed. No parties, smoking (cigarettes, cigars, weed) or pets allowed in the house/property.
WAIVER LIABILITY:
For hot tub, area around the property and inside the property etc. herein referred to as Special Features. It is the guestâs responsibility to learn about safety precautions concerning utilizing or being around Special Features. Guest understands that the area surrounding Special Features is not fences or secure, and there are special risks that may be involved for anyone, in particular children who are not carefully supervised, person(s) intoxicated or any kind of drugs or medication, with health risks or of pregnant. Guest agrees to explain the risk of the presence and use of Special Features to all guests at the property. Guest agrees to instruct all guest on premises to not access any off limit, on unsafe section of the property. Guest agrees to assume all responsibility to make aware all occupants aware of these risks and for the conveniences of those risks and to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents that may occurred. Guest agrees to waive any claim whatsoever against property owner or co-host/manager for injuries or claims. The guest and all occupants shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the manager and property owner against any and all clans of personal injury, property damage or loss arising from use of premises regardless of the nature of the incident, injury or loss. Guests also expressly recognize that any insurance for property damage or loss with the landlord may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Guests, and that Guests should purchase their own insurance if such coverage is desired.
