Enjoy a brand-new modern home, that sleeps 6 comfortably. Enjoy gulf views from the front deck and views of the boat launch/canal from the back deck. All new modern decor and metal art. 3-minute walk across the street to the beach. Enjoy the natural light that flows in from the high windows on the western wall of the upper floor.

Our boat slip will fit a 30-foot boat and has water and electricity available in the slip. The boat launch is located directly behind the property with parking available for your trailer after launch for up to 14 days.

On the 1st floor, you'll find the master suite with a floating queen bed, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a front deck. This floor includes a bunk nook, a guest bedroom with a floating queen bed, a full guest bathroom, and a laundry room.

The 2nd floor (top level) has an open layout with a dining room, half bath, full kitchen, and living room. You'll enjoy gulf views from the front deck and living room. You can sit on the rear deck and watch the boats come and go from the boat launch located directly across the canal.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances including an electric stove. There is a Keurig with a starter set of K-cups, full-size coffee pot, 4-slice toaster, Ninja blender, waffle maker, pizza pan, pots/pans, electric griddle, muffin tin, cake pan, and cookie sheets.

All TVs are smart TVs for streaming your favorite apps, high-speed internet is also included.

A beach cart is available for your use with 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler. Also available is an inflatable boat with paddles and 2 skim boards.

Enjoy the private outdoor shower to rinse off after a long day at the beach.

Parking is provided under the house or in the open area next to the wood fence or metal fence by the boat docks. Please DO NOT block the drives or other homes. No parking is allowed on the premises for boats or trailers.
