The Space:

Welcome to Beach Brawta, your next home away from home! Our style of living comes from our Caribbean heritage. Avid beach goers, with strong family values and an appreciation for a slower pace of life, we found Mexico Beach and Waterside Villas and knew that this was it! This was home! We are happy to share it with you and your family. Note that this condo's name, 'Brawta,' is a Jamaican slang word meaning a little more, something extra, or something unexpected, much like a baker's dozen. For us, this Brawta fulfills our passion and family way of life and we hope it makes memories for you and your family as well!



Inside, the living room features a flatscreen TV, a spacious sofa, and access to a private, furnished balcony overlooking the water. Take the provided beach towels out for a long day on the white sands, then come home to enjoy your favorite Blu-ray movies with lots of buttered popcorn and good company. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances that include a French-door refrigerator and dishwasher. You'll also have all the gadgets and counter space the family chef will need to prepare delicious meals for the gang. You can serve up to six guests at the dining table and the kids will love taking their afternoon snacks at the breakfast bar. Take advantage of the home's work desk and chair to knock out those last-minute projects while the private washer/dryer gets everyone's laundry nice and clean. Spread out some board games for a fun family game night then prepare for a delightful sleep in one of the home's well-appointed bedrooms, two with en suite baths and one with balcony access. You'll love waking up with a trip to the shared pool and hot tub via the elevator, while the central air conditioning and ceiling fans will keep the home nice and cool on those hot summer days.

Wonderful Family Getaway!

Our family of six enjoyed everything about this rental—the location, the spacious condo, the amenities, and how comfortable and well stocked the place was! All we really needed were our beach towels, everything else for a day at the beach is there. We walked to restaurants and enjoyed some relaxing time by the pool. Short walk to the beach, overall great property and we would love to stay again!

The condo was quite spacious but I can't say it was clean because there were few live and dead roaches, one was even crawling in my bed. Called to report my findings and their response was always 'WE WILL REPORT this concern to our team. We had problems checking in because I was not given the access code, but it would not have done any good because the battery was dead. Had problems with the A/C from day 1 calling every day about the problem and maintenance finally came on the fourth day. Each night the condo would get warm because the A/C would shut off because it was set to come on only if movement was present, A/C technician confirmed this and said the Host was suppose to change the code so that this wouldn't happen.The Avari Management Company is horrible. I hope the owner gets a different company to represent their condo.

Great getaway

My husband and I had a great getaway to Mexico Beach. This condo was clean, had everything we needed, and was convenient to the beach. The pool and hot tub looked great although we didn’t make time to try them out. We are already thinking about when we might could make a return trip.

Family Vacay

This unit was well maintained and comfortable. The furniture was great. I love the fact that there are 3 full bathrooms! Such a short walk to the beach! We really enjoyed our family vacation!! The only negative thing I could say is the dryer needs some attention because it has a nook inside the drum on the bottom that clothes will get hung and torn.
