Great place, perfect location! So many good places to shop, eat, and drink within a 5 minutes walk. The loft was the perfect place for our stay. Very clean and the check in was super easy. The train didn’t bother us at all and there were never any train horns. We would stay hare again for another week!

Courtney has an awesome property! Great proximity to local shops, restaurants, sweet shops, and more. The kitchen has plenty of supplies for meal prep, games are on hand, etc. I’d definitely recommend!

What a great stay in a wonderful location! The loft was decorated beautifully for Christmas and so convenient to everything downtown!

Absolutely perfect stay!! The loft is well equipped and even larger than appears in photos! Comfortable bed and couch! Walk to nearby businesses (Noble & Main coffee shop in the mornings was our favorite routine)! No train horns even during the day made it a quiet stay!Note the steps to get up to the apartment are steep but it’s part of the charm for these old buildings! No issues for us but if you have mobility issues this would be a factor.

Place is great! We stayed three nights and loved the town, the pictures do not do the loft complete justice. Lots of rooms, clean, and very nice. The train is a real deal, LOL! Didn’t bother wife and I to much but could see where it could for some people. Other than that, great place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in this spacious and cute upstairs unit just steps to restaurants, museums and shopping in downtown Cartersville. Accessing the unit was smooth and easy. We would definitely return.

The description of the property says there "Keep in mind that the train depot is located across the street so you will experience a train horn"...that doesn't come close to describing our experience. 4-6 large freight trains came through between 10 PM and 6 AM every night (typically between 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours apart). Between the loud warning horn, and the 4-5 minutes of railroad cars going by, we were unable to get a good night's sleep during our stay.We tried the ear plugs one night. They worked well, but were so uncomfortable we had to take them out around midnight.I discussed this with Courtney, and she says "They just past a quite zone for the train in town going into effect within 30 days and maybe the trains will not effect the few it does". Assuming that is the case, I would still recommend guests bring their own comfortable ear plugs/sound cancelling device just in case.

Was not sent check in details. I messaged, then called, then had to call VRBO to find out how to get into property on way to the airport. Property was exactly as advertised. Note that the train whistle only stops between midnight and 6. If you sleep before midnight or after 6 am you are in for a surprise. It is stinking loud.

Condo is cute and in the heart of the downtown area which is very nice. But it is right on the railroad tracks. Hence a lot of trains coming through in the night hours.

Stayed for a baseball tournament

My 15-year-old son and I both stayed because he had a baseball tournament nearby. The location was awesome as far as restaurants and shopping. We always found a parking spot nearby and most of the time directly in front of the unit. There was always something fun happening outside. There was a concert one night which we could watch from the window. Everything you need is nearby. The bed is super comfortable. My son slept on the couch and said that was equally as comfortable. There was an air mattress in there also but we didn’t use it.

Excellent location, convenient to everything in downtown Cartersville. Perfect space for two people. Host was always helpful and responsive when needed. Highly recommend!

This location turned out to be absolutely perfect for my needs! The space was very clean and nicely stocked.The host was very accommodating, although communication was not always immediate.Instructions for locating the keys could have been a bit clearer. The Internet connection for the TVs was not working, and I would recommend adding grab bars in and around the shower. I would certainly stay here again!

Anniversary Getaway

My husband and I stayed in the loft for a festival weekend and loved every moment. The loft was clean and beautifully furnished. The host was very considerate and provided everything we needed and more. She even left us a basket of treats with a thank-you note. We had a wonderful time and would definitely rent here again.
