We enjoyed our short stay here and felt at home right away. Everything is kept very clean and is furnished well with plenty of seating & comfortable beds. It was very well equipped with everything you would need for your stay — plenty of towels, paper goods, hand soap, dish soap & dishwasher tabs, coffee & filters, tea bags, etc. They even provided a frozen pizza and a dozen fresh donuts as a housewarming gift for the first night’s stay. The home is located in a quiet subdivision, but within a short drive to many local attractions, and within an hour’s drive to downtown Atlanta. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house, close to Lakepoint

We booked this house for our stay during a baseball tournament at Lakepoint, the house was super convenient for driving to and from the fields daily. Neighborhood was quite and safe. Hosts were great, even left us pizza for dinner and donuts for breakfast. House was clean and in great condition, will definitely book again if we ever play at Lakepoint in the future.

Second visit

We visited in January 2024 and were very happy with the house. We liked it well enough to return in January 2025, and we expect to return again in January 2026. It's a well-kept little house, all on one level, with easy access through the kitchen.

Great stay!

Our family really enjoyed our stay! The house was a nice retreat between baseball games at Lakepoint and surrounding fields. This is our second stay and we sill be back later in the summer for our oldest son's tournament. Owners are so thoughtful from the frozen pizzas, to the muffins, and water bottles. Thanks again, we look forward to our next stay!

Cozy and Comfortable

Our trip encompassed what was probably the coldest weekend of the winter. We were cozy and comfortable all weekend. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and appreciated our hosts having provided us with a pizza and muffins to enjoy during our stay. The house matched its online description and exceeded our expectations. We hope to make a return visit next January.

Comfortable, very clean house

Spending Thanksgiving weekend in Cartersville, Ga. was very pleasant and a lot of fun. The house was a wonderful place to relax: extremely clean, cozy and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. The host was very responsive to questions. Also, the host furnished muffins, a pizza, chocolates, waters, and a pretty gift mug, which we really enjoyed! Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect for comfort & value.

We stayed in the area for a baseball tournament at Lakepoint. The commute was quick and easy. There were plenty of places to eat and shop in the vicinity. The area felt safe. The home owners had great communication and were very accommodating when we needed to extend our stay. They provided basic necessities plus some special extras making the whole stay very pleasant.

So clean I didn't want to leave

I am a clean freak and this home really passed the test! It was so comfortable. Amenities were easy to find and plentiful, right down to the snacks and breakfast items that were greatly appreciated.

Wonderful home

This house is a great home away from home. Convenient location, well kept home, in a great quiet neighborhood and a great value for the price. This home has everything you need for a weekend getaway or a week long tournament. The bedrooms are comfortable, the living room is spacious and the kitchen has all the amenities you will need for your trip. Great place to stay. I will stay again when we return to the area.

Perfect getaway

House was neat and clean, with good-sized yard for kids to play in. Appreciated the hospitality of muffins/pizza/coffee fixings/laundry materials. Great setup for being able to do more country-oriented activities (river tubing) with access to city activities (Truist Park/Braves and Mercedes-Benz Stadium/Atlanta Utd.) Enough access to shopping in Euharlee/Cartersville. Also close to Civil War battlefields (Allatoona Pass / Kennesaw Mountain.) Worked out great for us - thanks so much!

Perfect home for me and my 2 teens

My kids and I were there for a baseball tournament and this house was perfect. The space was perfect, the outdoor space allowed for baseball drills and exercise, the neighborhood was quite and the hosts were very communicative. When we first got the house, we were greeted with a note as well as a frozen pizza to not have to cook after traveling, as well as breakfast foods. This was much appreciated and extremely thoughtful. Instructions were well laid out and easy to follow. Information on things to do in the area were helpful and used often. If we’re ever in this part of Georgia again , we will most definitely return! Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Exceeded Expectations

We stayed here for a baseball tournament at Lakepoint and were more than pleased! It was clean, comfortable, and the owners were so attentive - left us a frozen pizza for dinner and muffins for the morning since we were arriving late, took the trash for us, and stocked the house with everything we could need. The location is very nice and close to everything we needed, Highly recommend this house and look forward to returning some day!

Awesome Hospitality

This has to be one of the best stays we have had. We travel the nation playing baseball and this was easy access to Lakepoint and was stocked with all necessities. A MUST BOOK IF LOOKING FOR A GREAT STAY.
