We were in town for a family wedding, and having a bathroom for each bedroom, plus one extra made it easy for everyone to get ready at the same time. The neighborhood felt very safe for taking walks.

Thank you so much for the opportunity to stay in your Vrbo home. The place was perfect for everyone as each room has their own bathroom and shower which was perfect as it was rather hot and humid the week we stayed and everyone wanted to clean up and head out for some good food. This is located about 15 mins away from LakePoint Sports Park which is where we spent most of our week, but it is near many antique shops for fun and many places to eat that are local or chain restaurants your choice. Mr. Guy was very friendly and response was timely when asking questions. Thank you for a great experience!

Clean and spacious

Stayed here for a baseball tournament. Place was super clean and very accommodating. Close to lake point and grocery stores are near by. Would definitely stay here again.

Very close to sports complex! Very nice and clean! Each grandparent had their own bedroom and bathroom! Would definitely stay here again!

Mini getaway

Overall our stay was perfect. We were surrounded by various stores, restaurants, and shopping plazas. This made it really convenient for us. Also we were not far from Lakepoint sports complex where my son played basketball at over the weekend. We had a great time, hopefully, the pool will be open next time when we come back. Thank you again for allowing my family to stay at your property.

Comfortable and inviting condo

Our family met up in Cartersville for a mini-reunion, and this condo worked out really well for the small group of us who planned to stay for a few days. The owner was easy to work with, and the split-level design worked out really well.

Plenty of Room for 6 adults

We were visiting family for Thanksgiving and needed room for 6 adults. The property was large, clean, and comfortable. The location for us was good. Close to everything.

Very Nice Cartersville Townhouse

The Cartersville Townhouse was very clean. The 3-bedroom, 3 1/2-bath was very spacious. It's in a nice, quiet community. Thank you to the property manager, Brian, for making check-in and check-out so seamless. I would definitely rent this property again.

Bed on 1st floor sqeaked with every move. Sofa cushions were not comfortable. Otherwise it was a good place to stay. Update the furniture and it would be a five star rating.

We appreciated a safe clean home and after a few glitches booking were on our way. The ad 'tag line' said '...sleeps 8' no mention of additional cost over 4. We were charged $300 for a 3mo old and 3 yr old that both sleep with their parents - using only the one bed for the family. After contacting the host were told that was the price, but they didn't realize the wording on the ad. The price was adjusted to reflect the additional cost as fee to host, not additional person, but was still $300 over. We chose it because of the pool and playground. We were in town for an event. The day we were able to get home early And no rain..we were locked out. The host said he accidentally put in the wrong date and did remotely open the door - but from arrival to opening was over 20 minutes in the heat with 2 crying children. The home was cosy and what we expected. However there were rules posted on the refrigerator, including no eating in carpeted areas. The entire stairway and upstairs was carpeted - including the secondary TV area, meaning the grandparents either watched Bluey or came downstairs for coffee, etc. We chose never to use the upstairs TV because we normally have popcorn (or similar) while watching TV. Also, no shoes on carpeted areas. So carrying in and out luggage you needed to take on and off shoes - not easy or convenient. These are not big things, just wish they had been conveyed up front. I would have chosen comfort over the playground.

Overall wonderful

Nice area/neighborhood! Overall, townhouse was great! Stayed for a baseball tournament, which was only 10 - 15 minutes up the street! Pretty much anything needed/wanted was close by. A little miscommunication / misunderstanding with me and host but he was quick to help resolve - which I appreciate more than ever (did not affect the stay). Would highly recommend staying here and would definitely do so again!

Lakepoint Baseball Trip

This condo was very spacious, immaculate and perfect for us. It was so nice having a bathroom in every bedroom. Brain was extremely responsive with everything and anything. The washer and dryer were put to use with baseball uniforms. Depending on the time of day it took us 10-15 minutes to get to Lakepoint, which made our lives that much easier. It is tucked away in a very quiet area but 10 minutes from anything you can possibly need. I would stay again 100%%%% Thanks again for opening up your beautiful home.

Very peaceful and quiet community

Condo was very nice & clean and had everything we needed. Location was wonderful .. short drive to Lake Allatoona and very close to alot of resturants, stores and grocery stores.

Very nice!

Everything was as advertised. It was in a very quiet area and easily accessible. Very clean and plenty of towels and toiletries. I would recommend highly and expect to stay again next year.

Property was great, owner was great at communication, easy to get into and out of neighborhood, great quiet location, condo was perfect for our stay. We will be visitiing again in 2024 for a wedding and will definitely book this condo.

Clean, Comfortable, Convenient

We (grandparents) from Mississippi met our Daughter and her family for our grandson to participate in a baseball tournament. The six of us were very comfortable. 2 large screen TV's (living room and loft) meant we could split off for our viewing needs. Every bedroom has a bathroom. The whole place was meticulously clean. The owner - Brian - was very attentive when we had questions. And the price was right. We all enjoyed our time there.
