We loved our stay at this home! It is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the privacy of the backyard and comfortable patio furniture. One of our favorite VRBO homes to date!

Peaceful Family Stay

This home is thoughtfully furnished and very comfortable. This kitchen has everything needed. The views of the Organ Mountains from the back patio are spectacular especially as the sun comes up in the morning. New, quiet, clean neighborhood. Communication with the host from check-in to check-out was top notch! We had a wonderful stay.

This is the second time we have stayed in this property. The property is maintained in pristine condition and is equipped with all of the needs for a perfect stay. The Property Manager- Octavio is a great communicator and wants to to do everything to guarantee an exemplary stay in his property! This casita was perfect! The house has everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with very easy access to shopping. The view of the Organ Mountains from the patio is simply breathtaking. On days when you don’t want to go to out, you can still get your steps in at the home gym. Octavio, the host, is just the best!

Perfect Home-Away-From-Home

We were in town for a week of visiting with family and outdoor recreation and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice of a place to stay. Beautiful home, beautifully furnished, and perfectly equipped and maintained. We had a schedule change while we were in town and wanted to extend our stay. The Perfect Vacation Home

This was the perfect house for our stay in Las Cruces. It was close to shopping and our family. The house was Perfect. It was cozy and comfortable. The perfect space for our family. It had everything you needed for a home away from home. The house was beautifully decorated and the back yard was great. The view of the mountains was awesome. I started my day watching the sunrise and taking in the beautiful view with a cup of coffee. The host thought of everything and was so helpful during our stay. I would absolutely stay here again. Absolutely beautiful! 5 star home and host!

Beautiful does not begin to describe this home, and the breathtaking view from the back patio. We have stayed in a lot of your VROB’s, which were absolutely wonderful but this particular one was amazing and incredible. The house has everything you can need and the backyard is so inviting , along with the peaceful, quiet neighborhood it was perfect for our family while visiting Las Cruces for our sons college graduation. The host Octavio, was amazing and accommodating, making this a memorable time with our family. We will definitely be reserving this particular, VROB in the future. I highly recommend this for your next visit to Las Cruces, you will not be disappointed.

Excellent stay

We stayed three weeknights at this property as we had business in the area. The location suited our needs - residential neighborhood away from busy traffic corridors as we needed quiet location to rest after busy work days. The location was also excellent for easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, etc. Neighborhood was mostly quiet with occasional barking dog next door, but as we were not trying to enjoy the back patio, it was not a problem for us. This is a brand-new house with nearly everything in perfect working order. There is a closet in the kitchen full of appliances that have not been used or maybe rarely used to-date. For those of us not familar with some of those appliances (air fryer for me), an operating manual or some directions would be helpful. Towels are bright white and clean as is bedding and both of good quality. It would be handy to have a second set of bath towels; we washed ours after two days in the convenient furnished laundry. The living room area is nicely furnished with two leather sofas (one with reclining seats) and two chairs, which served well for entertaining two guests one evening. One issue for us is the lighting in that sitting area. It is very bright at night with no dimming possibilities. There is only one reading lamp. A couple of table lamps on the two end tables would improve evening ambiance, allowing overhead lights to be turned off. Overall - great place!

Inside, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of amenities. Step outside, and you'll discover a lovely patio with green turf, a grill, dining table, Adirondack chairs and two rocking chairs.

The house boasts three bedrooms, with the master bedroom offering both a tub and a shower, complete with a bidet in the master bathroom and a walk-in closet. Additionally, there's a fitness room to stay active during your stay. For your convenience, we provide a washer and dryer, along with a spacious two-car garage. We believe these features make our property a unique and comfortable place for your stay.
