This home had everything we needed for a comfortable two weeks stay. The kitchen was very well equipped and there were many little touches throughout the house that made it feel like home. The fenced in back yard and beach supplies were a plus.

We loved our stay at the Cozy Beach House. The check in was super easy and the house was even better than described and shown in the pictures. The fenced in backyard worked so well for our two dogs to have a place to play and for us to grill dinner on the patio. The outdoor shower came in clutch on beach days to get the sand off when we came back. The kitchen is large and well equipped if you want to cook meals and eat in, with plenty of room around the large dining table. We rented a golf cart for the week, the house was only a 3-5 minute drive from the beach access parking which was so convenient. We had such an awesome stay that we are going to rebook the Cozy Beach House for next year, we miss OKI already!

It was such a pleasure arriving after a long drive to the cozy beach house; it was cool, clean and had welcome snacks, along with cold water for us and treats for our dog. The walk to the beach wasnt bad for us since we enjoy walking and the outdoor shower was nice to use after coming back; we loved the shampoo and soap products provided - they were very nice! I also liked the fenced in back yard for our dog and added privacy. We had a great week visiting and will be back!

Clean and cozy

Our stay was wonderful. The house had all we needed for myself, husband and our 3 young children. Beds were comfortable, backyard was great for our dog, extra beach items in the shed came in handy and it was in a great location. Shannon and Chad were very responsive and kind to our questions. An overall great house for our long beach weekend!

Really cute home

The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Great instructions on howTo get in and what was required for checkout. Loved the location and ease of access to the beach. The back yard was fenced and it was good to be able to bring our pets with us.

The home is very convenient to walk to the beach! Fenced in yard for my dog was great!! Kitchen is well stocked. Shannon was very responsive and easy to reach! Nice long weekend to relax!

Great Oak Island Escape

We decided to take a last minute trip to the oak island and introduce our pup to the beach. The home was very comfortable and well appointed. Check in was a breeze and communication with Shannon was easy and she was very responsive. Highly recommended!
