Great stay!!

The apartment was clean and the location was close to everything. Very open space with large rooms and clean bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again. Host is available via messaging for any concerns. Highly recommend this apartment.

Wonderful Stay

This is a great place in an absolutely perfect location. Downtown was walkable for coffee & takeout. I saw manatees and turtles walking with my son in the park across the street from the unit. The beach was even an easy walk for adults. Parking was ALWAYS available at the unit, which really surprised me. Other nice touches from the unit: - VERY comfortable beds- free laundry room shared w/ 3 units (but FREE)- private patio w/ morning shade- closet space!

Family get together

We were in town for a long weekend to visit family. The unit was perfectly located so getting places was easy. Parking was always available right outside of the building. Had a great stay!

Comfortable stay in a great location

Spacious bedrooms both with comfortable king sized beds. Comfortable common area and fully stocked kitchen. Nice patio area for outside seating and a desk for working. Tvs in all rooms. Spacious walk in shower in the primary bathroom. Minutes away from the beach and lots of restaurants close by!

Had a horrible experience—ants in the Kitchen, Broken thresholds, and no laundry facilities in the apartment. The dishwasher was broken, and the electrical cover was missing from the outlet. The curtain rod was taped together and fell.

Need some work

Enjoyed the place but spent most of the visit chasing down the property managers who loved to take days to respond. I had to wait in my car for hours waiting for the place to be available after being told the place will be available at 11a and wasn’t ready until approx 2. It took me having to contact the cleaning crew to get them to respond to me via VRBO. Just spent more time chasing them then enjoying. Also. Posting is false you have to pay to do laundry.

We really enjoyed the stay but there are some details that can be improved.Some tiles in both bedrooms were uneven and loose which makes you trip all the time. It should be fixed.The house is damp and musty with apparently mold, so my allergies flared up badly. Try adding a dehumidifier and some air fresheners to help somehow.The vents in both bathrooms are EXTREMELY NOISY and need to be cleaned and fixed.The instructions on procedures before leaving were not stated. We did take out the trash and left the keys in the box were we got them but we were never instructed to.We got very limited towels in each bathroom. Also, some facial tissue will be very good to have.In the kitchen, you should consider adding aluminum foil for example.Remember when you are vacationing, you want to bring just the minimum and that’s why an VRBO is way better than a hotel.Thanks for everything!
