The building is located on Bay Harbor Islands, centrally located to many restaurants, shopping, and walking distance to excellent beaches and exclusive Bal Harbor Shops.

This spacious apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials. The master bedroom has 2 queen beds and the guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. In the living room, the futon sofa can be used as a sleeping space. The apartment can accommodate a party of 7 guests comfortably.

Instructions for your check-in will be sent through inbox. Please let us know your check-in time in advance.

The pool is working properly by now, as well as the spa.

Early check-in and late check-out if available can be provided at extra cost.

The check-in process is done online and a refundable damage deposit from $300 to $500 will be required.
You can also choose a non-refundable damage waiver from $50 to $80 USD.
This will be refunded after check-out if no damage claim is made.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.

PROGRAMMED FUMIGATION
To ensure cleaning quality and pest control on all of our units, between the 20 and 30th of each month we conduct a special pest cleaning on all of our units. This procedure is essential in keeping our units free of insects for all of our current and future guests, that's why we ask to collaborate and give our team access on the designated day. This procedure is mandatory for all units and we expect your collaboration.
