With two bedrooms and three full bathrooms, this rental is perfect for couples or small groups of friends. The stylish furnishings and cozy beds will make you feel right at home. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Whether you're here to explore the great outdoors or just relax and unwind, this condo is the perfect place to call home..

All Pinon homes are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish, shower and laundry soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, salt and pepper and coffee filters.

Pinon Vacation Rentals provides guest support from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 pm.

All guests are responsible for reading Welcome Book “Check-In and Check-Out instructions.

Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms, unapproved pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $3000.00 to the Guest's credit card on file, as authorized by Guest's approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement.

Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund, 15 days prior 50% refund, 15 or less, no refund. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.**

The Front Street condo was clean and comfortable. It was the perfect location for enjoying all of the river events, restaurants, and shopping.

This is one of the nicest, if not THE nicest, condos we have stayed in. Very fresh, updated, and modern kitchen, nicely decorated with tons of state-of-the-art technology. Great location to walk the entire downtown. Will be our home away from home when we revisit Salida.

The condo was very roomy and decorated well. The blackout blinds were a nice touch, too. We loved the location downtown and the open concept kitchen/living room. The extra pillows and blankets around were useful.I do think there's been some deferred maintenance as the kitchen faucet was broken and there was no hot water in the downstairs shower and the carpets were pretty dirty. We emailed them about the faucet and they offered to come during our stay but we declined.

Beautiful property in an incredible location! We literally walked across the parking lot to the restaurant where my cousin’s wedding welcome event was. Accommodations were just as pictured — comfortable and clean with everything you want/need for a weekend away. Check in/out was easy and we were beyond pleased with our stay. Couldn’t have picked a more perfect spot for our weekend wedding excursion. Thank you!!

Perfect location and lovely home!

We were pleasantly surprised at the convenient location, near all of the shops and restaurants as well as the amphitheater and river surfing! The house was well-appointed with all the comforts of home and was very clean. The instructions for check-in and check-out were well organized and easy to understand. Overall, a wonderful stay!

This property was very clean and welcoming! The location was ideal and mostly quiet. The only piece of constructive criticism would be to have a manual on how to operate the fan remotes, ice machine, etc.

Comfortable and great location

This is a wonderful condo and very comfortable. Best location because it is a minutes walk to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, the Arkansas River park. We hope to be back soon. We enjoyed our short stay.

Great Stay!

Enjoyed this spacious condo in downtown Salida! It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. It was within walking distance to great restaurants, park, river, and shopping. We will be interested to book this property when we return to Salida!

Christmas / Skiing Holiday

There were some minor property issues, but they were not even close to a deal breaker. The House was clean and bright and had everything we needed. My family had a wonderful time. I enjoyed being back in the Heart of the Rockies and in the heart of downtown. I was a geology student in Salida in the mid-90s, and it was great to see that this town is still strong. I loved seeing some of the same places I frequented are still around.

Close to everything

Great property - very comfortable and clean. Right in the middle of downtown Salida and easy walking distance to many activities. One block to the the river. A little noisy on weekends with the bars and restaurant which is right next door (behind wall in master bedroom). But the tradeoff of being in the heart of activity is worth it.
