We enjoyed the small house.It was so cute, a bit rustic and loved the decor!It would have raised our rating with a window a/c unit for the evenings and nights. The tall fan helped but the lowest temp it showed was 78 degrees.We are in our late 60's so it was a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise, great and close to shopping, etcSaw deer walking around town!Thanks

Although quaint and small, the property was well taken care of and well stocked. We walked to the main streets where there were restaurants, entertainment, the river and our event venues.The weather was warm. With the fans and cross breezes from the windows, it was pleasant. Parking was convient.

A very nice historic row house that has been updated nicely and had all of the modern conveniences that we now expect. The communication with the owners was top-notch and we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.

This is a great location for skiing Monarch in winter and hiking in the area in summer. It is well-appointed and feels very homey. We have stayed here many times and hope to return again this summer!

Great Property

We loved our stay at this property! It was clean, cozy and beautifully furnished. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed! The property was within walking distance of downtown Salida which has a great vibe! Jennifer was a great hostess who was available when we had questions. We will definitely stay here again as we loved Salida and this VRBO!

Lovely home, great location

We very much enjoyed our stay in Salida and this house was really comfortable. It's attractive furnished and is just a few blocks away from the downtown area, so we were able to walk to restaurants, shops, etc. It would be nice to go back with another couple (it has two comfortable bedrooms), but it has only one, really small, bathroom, so it works best as lodging for two people.

Weekend Getaway

Property was great for our group of 4. Good location and cute style. Had all of the amenities we needed, lots of kitchen utensils and towels. Property was nicer than photos looked. I would stay again, simple and easy check in!
