Another great stay

This is my go to spot when visiting family in Tampa Bay. Central quiet location. Clean and meeting all my needs for my stay. Highly recommended (except for the dates I want to stay,lol) Leave a few for me!

Visiting grand babies

Babies cry & don’t sleep, so having a respite @ your home was quiet & restful. Plus, it gave my adult kids a break so they didn’t have to worry about me!

Our first night was terrible. No sleep due to loud screaming, stomping, heavy objects dropping to the floor multiple times and child crying from floor above. Checked out next morning

Clean and convenient!

Check in process was extremely simple. Close to take out food and groceries, I did not explore the area much further to look at other dining. Everything was extremely clean, very pleased with that. Only a couple of slight criticisms. The bed was probably the hardest bed I've ever slept on and several days later my back is reminding me of that. And the last thing, very minor, the host is nice enough to provide a coffee pot and coffee and sugar. But a nice addition might be some shelf stable liquid non-dairy creamer packets that could be left out as well. But everything else exceeded my expectations

Good stay, overall.

Property was clean and easily accessible in a nice neighborhood. It had everything we required for a great price. My only complaint is that until late at night and then starting again early in the morning it sounds like there’s a circus upstairs. Running and banging and jumping. Not sure if the owners are aware you can hear that much. But again for the price and the neighborhood it was great.

Great Place To Stay

This is a great place to stay. I recently started a new job in downtown Tampa and needed a place to stay while we searched for a home to move into. The neighborhood is quiet and accessible to a lot. The room itself is spacious and very clean. There were two large closets that made our long term stay comfortable. The room and parking is separate from the home and feels like we had a lot of privacy. The host was always quick to respond and very helpful with any questions we had. I could go on and on but the point is that this place is excellent. Lots of space and everything you could possibly need. Thank you!!

Hostess with the mostest! So pleased with this clean property. Location great for my Plant City/Tampa needs. Comfortable and the perfect size for a weeks stay. Will be my go to spot as long as it is available.

The bed was very hard. If renters are above you you can hear them walking around. If you enjoy cold, the air conditioning is about 68.

Amazingly private space

This property is amazing. It has its own private driveway right to the private door. Upon entry there is a mini fridge, microwave and a noce coffee station which the host has garciously supplied coffee and such. There were even paper plates and paper towels. Lots of room, 2 recliners and a sofa. A great desk to work from with 5G wifi. Comfortable queen bed and full batbroon which was also stocked. I come to Brandon oftern and will definitely book again. Thank you!
