Tommie - I saw your response today only and wanted to respond as we do not use VRBO that much I am the owner and my full sympathy with you . I would be mad if it was my daughter’s wedding . We had a last minute maintenance issue and it would not be advisable to keep you without aircon out of order . Robert was my property manager and he found a place for you based on my instructions . I generally do not communicate with guests directly ( as per my directive of property manager )as that is why property managers are hired / paid for to do there job . Your money was refunded immediately based on my ( the owners instructions ) . We are in the hospitality business and at times we go thru repair situations last minute even though we plan much ahead and keep a 5 star maintenance all the time . Rob is no longer with us and we have a new team in place . Just wanted to remove your misunderstandings . I would like to offer 1 free week day night for ( your daughter and your whole family with late check out ) the last minute trouble you went thru when we are not booked . Nothing can bring back lost time but future can definitely be made promising .
