This 3-bed, 2-bath vacation rental condo comes equipped with upscale furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen to make you feel at home. Spend your days on the sparkling waters of Lake Conroe or kick back in the private enclosed deck. The lake is right across the street, just steps from your front door. Margaritaville plus many other attractions are close by for your enjoyment! Long term stays available. Please inquire for price.

We absolutely loved our stay at this adorable and well appointed condo. The host was extremely responsive, helpful, and super sweet. The condo has everything you need and even a few things you didn’t think you may need! The beds were comfy and the couch was amazing. It’s located in a beautiful and private area and is close to all nearby restaurants, lake and activities. I highly recommend this condo!

The location was amazing, great walking areas. The host was readily available if we had any issues, which we did not..The condo was fully stocked with everyday needs & then some. Very clean, awesome location. Would definitely stay there again, in warmer weather to enjoy all of the amenities that the area has to offer.

Great location on the lake and near a lot of good restaurants. The area felt very safe with 24hr guarded entrance gate and a security vehicle monitoring. The apartment was beautifully decorated, very clean, and quiet. We will definitely be back

On Lake Time was so clean and comfortable! Very nicely appointed and stocked with the essentials. Kelly was so accessible and attentive. I really enjoyed the sunroom with my little pup Bear!

Super welcoming! Several small touches that made the stay cozy and welcoming. We were in town to go to the Texas A&M game on Saturday. The location was super convenient to restaurants and convenience stores.The community was very clean and safe. We highly recommend.

The location was perfect for what we needed and the kids had a blast. Kelly was super communicative and even got the kids snacks and had a personalized welcome sign with our names, the property is a bit older but they have done a great job reasonably updating it. Definitely will book again!

I am a high school counselor. I love my job and students! I specialize in College & Career and feel rewarded everyday in helping students prepare for their future.

I am married with two grown children and an amazing 5-year old granddaughter. My husband and I enjoy boating and cycling. We have ridden the MS150 twice and look forward to our 3rd year. I am also a clogger. No, we do not wear wooden shoes! We are a group of ladies who love to dance and perform at festivals and local venues.

We love living in April Sound and enjoy the country club life and amazing residents.

Thanks again for looking at our condo! We would love to share it with you!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Our condo is in a perfect location, two buildings from the country club, and the tennis complex within walking distance from our back door. It was recently purchased and updated for a new, fresh look. Although we were reluctant to allow pets in our property after renovating, we understood that fur babies are a huge part of our family. Our cleaner has a pet sanitizing plan that assures our future guests can visit knowing the place is cleaned beyond normal standards. Please understand, we take pets on a case-by-case basis in order to keep our property in great condition.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

April Sound is a comfortable, safe, and amazing Country Club community. To date, every guest has been amazing and left our home as if it was their own. The front gate is manned with security that check each guest in individually. The location is perfect if looking for a lake get-a-away. We also have a large population of our guests stay for weddings as many venues are very close. We are happy to assist in your plans to visit the area!
