Réfugiez-vous du monde extérieur. Profitez de votre café du matin sur la terrasse de la cuisine pendant que les oiseaux accueillent la journée. Lisez tranquillement un livre sur le pont principal à l'ombre de la journée. Dérivez-vous pour dormir avec les sons nocturnes du chant joyeux du cricket.
Prenez votre bateau pour une journée sur le lac. Accrochez-vous à l'un des deux spots de plage populaires et jouez. Ou profitez du wakeboard, des tubes et du ski nautique.
PĂȘchez sur notre quai privĂ© ou explorez les nombreuses criques de votre bateau de pĂȘche.
Apportez votre kayak et profitez d'une matinée fraßche sur le lac.
Nous fournissons des chaussures de cheval, du golf en Ă©chelle, du volley-ball, du basket-ball et du croquet pour le temps en famille dans notre grande cour.
La maison a une cuisine bien équipée et comprend des serviettes pour vos journées sur le lac. La chambre principale a un lit king size, une télévision et une salle de bain. La 2Úme chambre a deux lits jumeaux et un lit double et une télévision. La 3Úme chambre a un lit queen. Les deuxiÚme et troisiÚme chambres sont sur le deuxiÚme palier avec une salle de bain commune. Bien que décorée avec du matériel Aggie, la salle de bain n'est pas courante!

The house was great. My family had plenty of room and there was a ton of games to play. The backyard is beautiful, spacious and the neighborhood is quiet. There was a little issue with the water but Laura responded quickly and it was fixed in no time. She was very apologetic and offered for us to check out later. I would stay here again!

July 4th family reunion nearby

We spent most of our time at my brothers nearby. We only slept there and had coffee in the morning. We were unable to get upstairs TV to turn on. The queen bed was way to high, with out a foot stool for my sister. Property manager did a good job at sending the sending the access information.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Boat dock is so convenient. Property Manager is awesome. Quick responses. Nice quiet neighborhood. Easy access to Lake Conroe. Can hardly wait to come visit again.

Conroe Getaway

The host was very responsive and it was a nice, quiet and convenient getaway for Lake Conroe. Boat parking was a little tight, but manageable in the driveway.

Perfect Lake Property

This property was perfect. Right on the water. I was able to dock my boat for the duration of the stay right at the property's private doc. I would definitely stay here again.

Great family gathering place

The house and property we perfect for our family gathering. We have 5 adult sons and the dock size and location on the lake were perfect for our jet ski, boat and Lily pad! It was a memorable weekend. The house was perfect, just as listed, accommodated our family wonderfully!!

Helpful and friendly property owner

The house was clean and well maintained. There were a lot of stairs in the house which would not be a problem for most, but since I am handicapped, it was a challenge for me. The lake was low which made it difficult for me (because of my handicap) to get in our boat from the dock. At one point, the boat’s propeller scraped the bottom of the canal when returning to the dock at the property.

Great place right on the water

Laura's place was great for our little getaway. Clean and well decorated. The house is right on the water and the dock was a great place for us to fish and spend some time unwinding. The check in and out processes were easy. My only constructive comments were that the coffee pot had moldy grounds in it and the outdoor sports equipment was in very poor shape (basketball flaking and deflated, rackets severely misshaped, dirty etc). Overall, we enjoyed our stay there and would stay again!

The perfect weekend getaway

We loved the house and the layout. The fishing was great off the dock! The host was absolutely wonderful and was very responsive! The beds were comfy, the linens were fresh and clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the backyard was great. What we really loved was how peaceful and quiet the neighborhood was. It’s hard to find rentals that aren’t around loud party houses, but this neighborhood was wonderful. We will be back!!

Great location for my stay

The location was great for my needs. The house was very clean and nice. There were a lot of steps to get in the house as well as inside that were not mentioned on the site. This was an issue for the elderly people in my party.

Spring break at the lake

My family and I rented the property for a spring break bass fishing trip. The owners were fantastic and easy to communicate with. The property was clean and well maintained. The layout of the house was fun and interesting. We really found value in being on the east side of the lake with close proximity to the stores and restaurants along the I45 corridor. It was easy and convenient to tie our boat up out back and there was a great boat ramp nearby. Finally, I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention the fishing from the back yard was good too. My family and I had a fantastic stay, I highly recommended this property.

Easy going girls' weekend

I had a couple friends in town and it was a perfect easy spot for hanging out and catching up. Was quiet with nice space, but still close enough to Conroe and the Woodlands for when we did want to venture out. Would stay here again.

We purchased this fabulous lake get-away in 2009 by family vote with our three boys. As they grow and leave the 'nest', we use the house less than we would like - so why not let others enjoy it?

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We love the fact that our lake house is close to our actual home. The fact that it is located on a two street neighborhood makes it feel so much more secluded. We chose it because of its unique tri-level construction and large yard, plus private dock. It's comfortable and relaxing.
