Welcome to Pueblo Sedona, a thoughtfully designed private residence in the heart of West Sedona. This home is situated in a preferred location whose backyard connects to National forest trails, Sunset park (with pickleball/tennis), and is a short 1 minute drive from AZ-89.
The home is close to fine restaurants, art galleries, jeep rentals, designer thrift stores, and more. All with easy parking.
West Sedona gives you the best of all worlds; convenience without the hassles of Uptown traffic!
3 BR / 2.5 Bath home in the heart of West Sedona that includes a spacious patio & backyard, 2 balconies with great views of the red rocks and national forest, jetted tub in the master, large garage and open kitchen design, perfect for hosting. It has great internet service - full bars, 5G signal.
Guest rooms 1 & 2 have incredibly comfortable queen beds and linens.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, double closet, and an amazing bathroom equipped with a standup shower with 3 shower heads & jetted tub that you'll never want to leave.
With this home you'll also have access to the garage for safe and secure parking. It also has a spacious patio to enjoy your morning coffee or to take in a beautiful sunset with a cold beer or cocktail.
With beauty, comfort and style, this house has it all.

I won't be available in person but I have an amazing property manager (StayFolsom) who is local and can take care of whatever you need during your stay to ensure that you have a 5-star experience while in our care.

The property was great and beautifully decorated :) The only issue was communicating with Property Mgmt since it is only allowed through the VRBO booking app. Past properties we booked typically have a text number where you are able to ask questions or advise that you arrived or are leaving.

Awesome location backing onto open desert views. Great porch and patio for watching the sunset with nothing to spoil the view. Convenient to Safeway and a very well equipped kitchen permitted several homecooked meals, ideal for the family to be together.

Great stay
Great location for a family with a dog. Close to everything. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. My favorite parts were the balconies, which are great for spending the afternoon relaxing and taking in the views after morning adventures.

Great location, great hiking right out your back door.
Great host, very responsive! Many wonderful hikes right outside the back door. You can't beat the location for a family with kiddos - right near trails, restaurants, and the grocery store.
