House is in excellent neighborhood. The house is spacious for our family of 5 with plenty of things to do such as outdoor fire pit, hot tub, grill, tvs and even an arcade game. Host provided great detail and was fast to respond to questions.

It was excellent!! Great house and space for 5-6 adults. Kitchen was full and had everything we needed. Large king beds in all of the rooms. Overall fantastic stay!

This house is perfectly located. It was a great surprise in the morning when we went for a walk and saw the mountains pretty much in the backyard. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.The house is impecable and everything was according to the pictures. Very comfortable and full of amenities for everyone to enjoy.Erika

Wonderful stay! The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The host was so accommodating, we asked to come a bit early as we had dinner reservations that we hoped to get ready for and they were great to let us in early. 3 king size beds, Hard to find very comfortable. Nice location, close to lots of things to do!

Beautiful Mountain Views

We were very comfortable during our stay. The home was really clean with modern updated decor and appliances. The hot tub was perfect with views of the red rock. The host was great! We will definitely be booking here again!

Great house with several great amenities. We enjoyed the hot tub, the backyard gas fire pit, the Treager grill and the huge living room TV. All 3 bedrooms had nice big, comfy beds and big SmartTVs. The kitchen was well-stocked with supplies and the coffee/tea station was wonderful. We loved the electric fireplaces in the master and living room. Our 2 boys enjoyed the backyard jumbo Connect-4 and (plastic) axe-throwing game.

Excellent in every possible way.We traveled with three couples, a baby and a dog and this house accommodated all of us perfectly. The beds were super comfortable and everything we could possibly need was waiting upon our arrival. The owner was very quick to respond and we appreciated all of his input. We’re already planning our next stay and would highly recommend this beautiful home if you’re visiting Sedona!

The coffee machine was plugged and we were not able to make coffee and that was a huge deal for coffee drinkers.Would have to give five stars but the coffee maker was a big deal. I would recommend it to friends in other family.Loved the location, enjoyed our trip there, the house and the hot tub.

Great communication!

Lovely, modern, and comfortable. Cold bottled waters waiting for us in the fridge. Because of quick responsiveness, a minor issue was addressed and resolved. We are sure to return when in the area!

The description and pictures can hardly do this place justice. 10 out of 10, for sure. I don’t normally leave reviews. But this was just too good. All the spices, pans and outlets a modern girl could want. I forgot my hairdryer and found one. With a diffuser. Amazing. The games in the backyard were so fun and the stars from the hot tub were epic.

This home is impeccably clean and in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood. There's so much to do-- walks, hot tub, games, and more. During our stay, there were many storms and we hoped to enjoy them with the windows and sliding doors open for fresh, cool air. However, we noticed that many windows and the slider that goes out to the back are missing screens. Not a big deal, but it would have been nice to have. The host allowed us an early check in and had a bottle of wine waiting for us, which was a nice touch. The house is a little echoey because there are no rugs, just tile through the whole house. Thank you for the stay!

Home away from home

Everything about the property was perfect. The house is beautiful. Top of the line appliances, beautiful granite throughout. There is plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. Board games, card games, ax throwing, Traeger pellet grill, hot tub, 85-inch TV in the living area, and TVs in every room. Amazing pictures in the living area. I would definitely be returning to this property and recommend it to anyone. The owner was extremely responsive to messages. The house was very well stocked. We didn't need to bring anything except clothes, food, and ourselves. My family is extremely grateful. Thank you.

Beautiful home and great location (near everything but you don’t get stuck in the traffic through town to access this house). We loved the king beds, luxe throw blankets, and of course the hot tub! Very responsive host too.
