Perfect for our family. Such a convenient location and minutes walk to the beach. Loved the open family room for hanging out in the evenings.

This home was clean and very spacious. We especially enjoyed being able to spread out across the downstairs rooms and still be together. Once we got used to navigating the spiral stairs, we appreciated that they are a space saver. The large dining table allowed our whole family to not only enjoy meals together, but we also spent some fun nights playing board games. It was an enjoyable stay for us.

The house was perfect sized for our two families on our spring break trip. The view of the canal behind the house was beautiful and you can't beat the location. It was a short walk across the street to the pool and the beach and ocean were just past that. It was likewise a short walk to the general store and bike/kayak rental place. I highly reccommend.

We love to stay on the lagoon. It was fine for us. A tight circular stair case might be the only issue for some people. It is a great location. We love to stay I. Palmetto Dunes

Nice location! Plenty of room.

Our entire family went and used up every space in the house. Condo was nice, area was great for bike riding and close to the beach. Spiral steps are a little tight when carrying luggage or children. Kitchen was well stocked.

Perfect Getaway

The condo was in a perfect location. We were very close to the beach and the pool. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It was beautifully decorated. We enjoyed every morning drinking our coffee out on the back deck overlooking the canal. The property manager was always quick to respond to any of our questions. We would highly recommend this rental.

Absolutely Perfect

Some friends and I were there for a golf trip and decided to just play the three courses at Palmetto Dunes. Jon’s house was in a perfect location and was in terrific shape. We spent plenty of time on the porch with how beautiful the view was, went to the beach a couple of times (which was a few minutes walking), and we were no further than 3-4 driving from any of the courses. Jon was responsive and made the golf trip one to remember!

Our favorite place ever

We loved this condo so much. Favorite place we have stayed in 6 years of coming. It was very spacious for the price and the location was perfect. Easy 2 minute walk across the street to the pool and beach. Lovely views of the lagoon and I appreciated the safety gate on the deck with little ones. Only things that could have made the stay a tiny bit better: salt, pepper, and cooking spray for use in the kitchen; a few baby/kid items such as a pack n play, kids size silverware/plastic plates, black out curtains or better privacy shade between master and sun room. The hosts were responsive and helpful. I left my nursing pillow and they were even mailing it back to me. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to book again.
