35 Full Sweep, Hilton Head Island is a recently renovated 5-bedroom/5-bathroom home, located inside Palmetto Dunes Plantation, features a large private pool and new furniture throughout. With 3 King Primary bedrooms, each with private en-suite bathrooms, and a fourth bedroom with a pullout sofa and work space, it accommodates various needs. The largest bedroom is equipped with 2 Full Size Bunks with pull out twin size trundles, two pull out couches, 2 TVs, and a private bathroom. Enjoy evening S'mores around the fire pit. This home is an entertainer's dream with open concept living areas, oversized kitchen island, and an atrium pool with an 80" outdoor TV and SONOS throughout. Seasonal Beach Shuttle: Palmetto Dunes Buggy is a FREE on demand and door to door shuttle to the beach and Shelter Cove Marina, Shops, and Restaurants. This Shuttle runs from April through September.

Pool: 20x10. The pool can be heated up to 88 degrees for an additional $500/week and $300/week for the spa, however it is not available from Memorial Day- Labor Day. Last minute requests are not guaranteed and subject to a fee. We cannot guarantee pool heat maintains when the air temperature is below 60℉. This fee is not included in VRBO total and will be added once your reservation has been made.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: To secure a reservation, we require a 50% deposit upfront and the balance payment due thirty days prior to arrival via Visa, Master, Discover, American Card. ID Verification is required.
