In Town Cottage on Bike Trail

Cozy Beach Cottage east of Route One with super easy access to downtown Rehoboth Beach, the beach,bike trails and the outlets. Once you arrive you can park Your car and walk / bike anywhere you want to go.
Inside you will find three bedrooms, one bath, a fully equipped kitchen, and a glorious sun room. Additionally there is a full basement where you will find the laundry area, a gym and a dedicated work space if you need to “work from home”
There is a large backyard that is fenced in with a gas grill, patio table and chairs and a vegetable garden. Help your self to any veggies you can use during your stay.
For those who choose to bring fur babies, the fenced in yard will provide a great space to romp and play.
The bike trails here are amazing and you are only 500 feet from the bike trail entrance.
The master and second bedrooms have amazingly comfortable queen size beds, closets and a dresser. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size bed on the lower bunk and a twin on the upper bunk as well as a dresser.

The main floor is about 1000 square feet, cozy, comfortable and quiet.
