La location est votre propre rowhome dans une communauté avec une piscine - personne au-dessus ou au-dessous de vous! 2 places de stationnement privées et une entrée facile à domicile par code à la serrure de la porte avant, donc pas de clés perdues.

Nous sommes à environ un mille de la plage - situé juste à la sortie de la route 1 sur Rehoboth 1A. Nous sommes juste derrière Arena et Big Fish - à Rehoboth Beach Gardens.

Il s'agit de notre location de première année et nous venons de terminer la rénovation: des salles de bains mises à jour, des lits neufs, de nouveaux canapés et des restaurants, fraîchement peints de haut en bas, une douche extérieure fraîchement teinté et un porche avant, une laveuse et un séchoir à chevilles et un nouvelle grille à gaz. Nous utilisons un système de porte avant codé afin de ne pas vous soucier de vous bloquer ou de la clé!

La propriété dispose d'une piscine et est un répit tranquille de la folie du centre-ville Rehoboth Beach ou de la plage. La communauté de Thee a des places de stationnement pour les visiteurs temporaires.

Week at Rehobeth

This property was perfect for our family of 6. Close to beaches and a short drive from the boardwalk. Having beach chairs and beach towels was super appreciated. The pool was clean and great for our kids. Our host was very responsive and helpful.

Family Reunion Fun

We stayed here for a family reunion and enjoyed it thoroughly! Very clean and provides linens and towels so everything ready for the arrival. Especially enjoyed the community pool, which we had to ourselves most of the time. Convenient location and right by Big Fish Grill which was voted Best seafood. Also had enough kitchen equipment and a gas grill for at home meals too.Very enjoyable!

The property is close to restaurants and has a good sized pool which was very clean. The house is a good size and the kitchen has most of what you need to cook for a family (depending on your needs). The owner is very friendly and so are the neighbors.

Paul’s townhouse was just as advertised.The place has all the amenities you need/want.Location was terrific, short ride to beaches,restaurants and shopping.I was very impressed with the ease of navigating the televisions,other places are difficult to say the least.The pool was great for the little one.

Holiday Getaway

We had a wonderful trip! Paul communicated with me before, during, and at the end of our trip. He also communicated in a timely manner. Quiet, clean and friendly community. The house was clean, spacious, and beautiful. The porch outback was an added bonus for a relaxing stay. Paul has this home supplied with just about everything you will need for your trip. I tend to overpack & didn’t need to grab from my just in-case bin. There are even fans & beach towels in every room. Thanks for ensuring we had a great stay Paul!

Wonderful accomodations

We selected Paul’s rental home for our family vacation this year and were happy we did. The home had everything we needed, location was great for getting around, community had a nice quiet pool. Paul was wonderful to work with, accommodating and responsive. We hope to come back.

Nice place!

This place was really nice. Loved that there was beach chairs provided. We were able to hit the beach and boardwalk in just a short 5 minute drive. We were there right after labor day so the pool and tennis courts were closed. Wish we new that beforehand, but overall we had a great time.

The perfect balance between Downtown Rehoboth Beach and Route 1. Wonderful neighbors and shared facilities enjoyed by the community.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

I love this neighborhood and community. Located right at the top of Rehoboth Avenue, just far enough away for quiet when you want it and busy when you want that. Location allows you to easily access all of what Rehoboth Beach and surrounding areas and cities have to offer. The community has both a pool and a tennis/ pickle-ball court, and the unit is big enough to allow people to have their own quiet time and come together when they want.

Each bedroom has its own TV with cable service, plus you can stream your own content (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) to any of the TVs. There are also HDMI plugins on all the TVs so you can hook up your own gaming system or similar if you like. There is a great kitchen with many conveniences and a dining area that can seat up to eight people. There is a good selection of supermarkets within easy driving distance. If your idea of a great vacation doesn't involve cooking, there are many great restaurants a short walk or drive away.

There is a screened in porch at the back of the unit, which also has a smaller dining table, and access to the grill and the outdoor shower - perfect for rinsing off after a fun day at the beach. The house has beach chairs and some beach toys for the kids and the big kids.

Downtown is a short walk, bus ride or car ride away and there is good Uber coverage if you don't want to drive. There is also very easy access to the Outlet Malls, movie theater, water park and a number of other businesses along route 1.
