This gret condo is a ground floor unit with close access to your assigned covered parking space PLUS a satellite pool with grills is located at the end of this building making is easy for outdoor grilling and if you want a quick swim rather than the big resort pool.

Our goal is for our guests is to have a 5-star stay & return again and again. We have tried to anticipate your needs and you will find this is not your normal rental… as all you will need to do is bring your clothes, food, golf clubs and we have the rest.

This condo speaks for itself... It is warm, inviting and professionally decorated. The open concept living area is spacious and boasts of comfort and relaxation. The lanai with its view overlooking the lake, golf course is the best place to start your day with that morning cup of coffee and at night enjoy the stunning sunsets from this western facing lanai. You will also find two bedrooms, two fully equipped bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, remote work space and laundry area with washer and dryer in the unit!

The open Bellini floor plan is perfect for entertaining friends - the dining room table seats 4 people, the kitchen counter has 3 bar stools, and the lovely lanai overlooks the golf course, lake and sunset views makes for a delightful evening with a table for 4.

The Master King bedroom is tranquil, and spacious. 🛌💤
This area provides guests with space to rest, relax and watch the 50-inch Smart TV in the comfort of the beautifully appointed king bedded bedroom. Plenty of storage with a large walk in master closet with lots of hangars, a well- stocked linen closet with fluffy bath towels, luxury linens, extra pillows and more. There is a bathroom ensuite with walk in shower.

From the decor to the luxury linens - no detail is left unnoticed. This Queen bedroom has a spacious closet loaded with hangars and a closet organizer with shelves and drawers for storage. Adjacent to this bedroom a full-size bathroom with tub/shower.

This Bellini floor plan has a very important benefit in that both bedrooms are in the FRONT of the condo. HUGE benefit in that you do not hear the golf course maintenance & mowers which start at 6am every day. The bedrooms feature plantation shutters for added darkness. Both bedrooms provide the comfort of a haven after a day at the beach, playing tennis or on the golf course.

Should you need to do some work, we have equipped the condo with a work space in the open den area. Just bring your laptop and we have a Wi-fi printer for our guest use and we include upgraded wi-fi in case you are doing Zoom video calls with your family and friends.

The lanai provides the beautiful long view of the golf course (hole #1) and water, by day or... lit up at night, is a perfect place to enjoy, relax, recharge or entertain friends.

🏖️Beach Supplies & Private Storage.
This unit has a storage unit which is the perfect place to keep your golf clubs. In the storage unit just outside your front door you will find 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach wagon, coolers and a variety of beach toys. No need to bring beach/pool towels as we provide it all! There are multiple beaches within 15-25 minutes’ drive of Bonita National.

Joie de Vivre is the perfect escape year round and most certainly escape the northern wintery cold to enjoy all SWFL offers... It truly exudes "joy of living"! 🌴🌞🌈

SPECIAL NOTE ON HOA TRANSFER: Social Membership transfer only (required) $400/one month...social transfer provides you full access to all club amenities except golf - championship tennis center, resort pool, all dining venues, special events, state of the art fitness center. Add optional golf membership transfer at a one-time cost of $532.50 to transfer for full golf access. Greens/Cart fees still apply***** NOTE: 6.5% tax is applied to total membership transfer costs.

Cleaning Fee: $400 per month (this includes a mid stay clean and check out deep cleaning.) Longer than month stays may have additional cleanings set up.

Pets: We may allow a small pet with prior approval, previous renter reference and subject to non-refundable pet cleaning fee.

Payment terms vary based on length of stay, dates, booked, etc.

NOTE: Bonita National does not allow rentals for less than 30-days.

Payment Examples: With Less than 180 days: A reservation made 179 days before arrival Renter must make first and second payment at the same time for a total of 60% of rental charges. A reservation made less than 119 days from arrival must make full payment.
